I feel a review is essential, Though I did not use this service. I had locked my keys in my car with it running, Robert was the only 24h locksmith which picked up and actually offered true assistance. I expressed my concern about my car running and explained my situation. Robert stated he provided an alternative solution in another reliable business with great customer service and was not able to get to me in a timely fashion. I know I didn't utilize Robert's service but using customer service like this and concern that is true for getting your problem.

Fabulous Support from Robert. He arrived on time and answered my phone call. He opened an old, broken latch to a lavatory, which was pretty catchy, and he could not have been nicer or more professional. Five stars!! Fantastic pricing, also.

I had a locksmith once I left my storage device with the secret 3 hours off. Robert was useful and quite responsive. He asked questions about the lock to be sure he brought the equipment before arriving. . After he got to the lock, he moved into detail describing exactly how he was going to eliminate it did so with ease (less than 5 minutes). I'll be calling back them should I need a locksmith at Columbus again.
