I had experience using AA Locksmith this week. The woman who assisted me explained why previous attempts to replicate my keys didn't work (since I was not replicating the original key). And even more significant --the copies Locksmith functioned!

Speedy reasonable cost, response, for reprogramming my Toyota key and service. I lost my keys once my car had been parked in a space that was timed and also he gave me an ETA that was accurate and was there ASAP. It took him about 15-20 minutes to reprogram a key before the meter expired, and get me back on the street. If you will need a new key made highly recommend!

Second time with this company for sometimes and a lockout have been superb! I phoned Alan in the airport (at 10:30AM on a Sunday btw) and he met me at my home within 20 minutes (virtually beating me there)!! He was really kind and very friendly and managed to open a quite tricky door in no time at all (I believe it just took under two minutes). They take Amex - bonus there.

Called to Get a Quotation. Good receptionist gave me easy quotation, which BTW was substantially more affordable. I chose to rekey 7 locks. He showed up within the appointment period. Very polite, friendly and professional. He not merely rekeyed all 7 locks, but 2 knobs which were mounted upside down so that they faced the exact same direction because the deadbolts and must have greased were corrected by him or cleaned everything up because my locks and deadbolts work simpler than before. Definitely use them and would recommend them! $85 for $25 and the service call per lock.

Alright, yes, they provide great service and decent prices... but each time I've set up an appointment together, they do not stick to the two hour window provided nor do they bother to call and let me know they are running late or need to reschedule. I always have to play with Marco/Polo together.

The woman was very nice on the phone in making the appointment -- but she phoned me the following day AFTER the time they were presumed to be in my house and claimed they needed an"emergency" to take care of and could not come . Needless to say I did not buy it and advised them that I would rather use a company that is reliable.

We had a Sentry safe that we could not get into due. AA Locksmith Service was able to open the safe with a code and came out. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And part of that time was to give payment info. Very prompt, very professional and helpful! THANK YOU!

I ceased to find a set of keys replicated. Parking was easy to discover. Fast and friendly company that is educated that is +, will definitely go there again!

Very responsive and professional support on a late night weekend telephone. I had my bag and essential wanted a re-keying asap. After I left a message on their answering machine after 9 20, the service guy came over about an hour. He was agreeable and quite nice and quickly rekeyed the door. Highly recommend them. The cost was somewhat higher than a few I see fit here, but it was a weekend night.

I called just before 5 pm and Alan was here in 25 minutes. My door handle was jammed and key broke off. Alan fixed the whole thing very swiftly and was very courteous and professional. I would certainly suggest this locksmith.
