Then I asked the locksmith how can you differentiate a $125 vs $69 project?! He are 200 +. He then ignored me that the $29 service charge.
Not $125 value of work! I could justify $125 when he spent 30-40 mins working on the lock. It seriously took less than 3 minutes to him to unlock the doorway.
The initial quote on the telephone started at $69. When the locksmith came, he took a glance at the lock and said"it'll be $125 and the 29 expedited service charge" without doing any work.
They came fast, but $29 for expedited service charges.
I felt taken advantage of at a time of need.
It seriously took him less than 3 minutes to unlock the doorway!!!

I called a couple places to get estimates to get a locksmith. Mr. Locksmith was undoubtedly the best value. I was seeking to have my own locks and I supplied the key. I was quoted $99; $29 for the support fee, $35/ per lock. On the afternoon of support, the locksmith understood and verified he was in route. Time is precious and he showed up on time, as anticipated. He had completed the work!!

Locked myself out of it has was after 1am and this flat. Gail stuck it and lent me a price of 149 for my one butt lock. 195-200 Timely arrival was said by others. I urge.

They were great! I called and they had someone out today to change four sets of locks in our home. Lee was terrific - explained each of the options and completed the job immediately. He was also reassuring that, if we have any issues or problems together to give him a call and he would come take a look at the issue. The locks that were set up are large grade - WAY better than the ones we had previously - therefore I do not anticipate any trouble. Quite satisfied.

Lee did a great job repairing our front door lock which hasn't been working. He was able to repair it in about 45 minutes! I strongly recommend.

My family and I were seeing with in Alexandria for a few days and I have locked.
I called the owner but he didn't answer his phone, so I decided to call the nearest locksmith.

From the time that I called to request a quotation and inquire about accessibility that the locksmith unlocked my door, it was less than an hour in total to a Saturday afternoon. I dumbly walked from my apartment, locking the door behind me, for a day of errands with no home or car keys. The locksmith, whose name I did not catch, was friendly, helpful, and no nonsense. Within three minutes he had my door unlocked and was calculating my payment. Definitely pricier than it should be for how simple the labor was ($194 to get a simple door knob lockout), but on par with other companies in the region (based on calling others for quotes) so that I know it is about making money. Hopefully will not do so again, but glad to know there is a service nearby!

This Comp I found at a panic at around 9:21pm yesterday. I misplaced my car key. I am from out of state(NY to be exact). The guy who arrived was on the phone chit chatting as though he had been home relaxing and talking! He unlocked and was able to get my car open. He had been attempting to receive my 2016 Toyota Camry to start. He had a computer. He had been reprogramming my car. My car was working FINE with NO issues before I misplaced my key so was ?! that was needed After 50mins of him attempting to turn on my car he gave up. I told him my crucial would be over nighted by my husband. He explained if it didn't, that my car must start key I should call him. HA! I was NEVER calling this Comp! I'll pay you something for coming but he didn't help me! He then said I had to pay $100 NO WAY to this cost too. He then got in his car and said do not worry"I'll cover it" meaning he'd pay. Umm ok! I had my car towed to Toyota so that it might be diagnosed and also have a new key cut! Time was wasted calling this company in addition to messing up my computer system in my car. The issue will be, as I sit here in Toyota, waiting to be aware of what. This company better hope I do not need to come out of pocket for a amount of $$!! I give this company 1 star for coming out to open my car. Don't waste your time working with this organization! They need to have the ability to unlock doors and tis all!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. locksmith in my last trip to Washington DC from California. The technician knowes his substance and was prompt. I locked my keys in the rental car. I had been back inside my car sound and safe After having a fair price over the phone I purchased the service and was very happy with how quickly and professional those guys are in 30 minute. I had a lock fixed on a new house and, after seeing good reviews on Yelp (more testimonials on Mr. Locksmith DC) I called and made an appointment. The locksmith fixed the lock, and was able to come out the same day, in just a few hours of my call. I was able to pay over the phone. Good service at a good cost.

Mr. Locksmith through Leo did an outstanding job putting on a new door and lock handle. We used the reviews on Yelp to help us determine which locksmith to utilize. We emailed them images of the lock and manage and we received and approved their cost quote. Leo did the job and arrived promptly. Having had issues over the years with other various house service companies it was nice to take care of the efficient and effective people at Mr. Locksmith. I suggest them.

Called to get a reversal of a lock on the front door. The service was friendly and fast, but a bit expensive. I'd cost search. Quoted one thing when the locksmith arrived the choices seemed to change, nearly just like a bait and switch. The choices provided were more expensive than I had been quoted. There was no option. I had been given a"reduction" to keep me from choosing the most affordable option. The man was very nice and worked quickly.

They came out to repair a broken lock, and got the job done quickly and it was well done. Joseph was a nice man to work with customer service

I predicted looking for a locksmith and had a question concerning Mr. Locksmith's prices and solutions. The"gentleman" that replied was extremely sudden, rude, and unhelpful. When trying to attain an answer regarding a cost queries, he laughed barraged me with queries that were unrelated, and wrapped up. Yikes. Don't give Mr. Locksmith a call. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Instead, phone their competitor, Crest Lock Co.. Inc.. They were kind, helpful, and answered my simple questions straight.
