Untill I called. Her attitude is shitty. I asked her why did you guys waste my time and gave me the run around after she told me oh we can not help you. She kept arguing with me and got louder so I got louder. In the end I got tired of her trying to argue with me so I said you guys have shitty support and F bombed her... In short don't waste your time with them

Morning I called Yesterday. Now, called left he gave me an notion of what had to happen they would have to come and create an impression and name and number still no call back got some advice there. He'd say you understand I am not sure what the cost is but John or whomever is your man. I said okay thanks man. That was good. .

I had a Schlage keypad lock rekeyed to match my doors and required it. Ended up taking it at AAA to Jr. I told him exactly what I wanted, he brought it straight back rekeyed and ready to go, disappeared for 10 mins behind his work bench, and said no issue. All for $10. Nice to use a professional every once in a while.

I didn't have a good experience at AAA Lock & Key. Rather than going back I moved to another lock and key company and got everything easily and professionally. I highly;y recommend avoiding AAA Lock & Key. Life is too brief

John/Jr. Is a great assistance. So prepare to be patient, he's essentially a one-man show. . .it can be busy. However, he knows his business, and is nice, practitioner, when it is your turn. He saved us we would have paid to traders to create chipped keys for our vehicles. We had been so impressed with his assistance on a very busy afternoon, we came back first thing that Saturday (no delay!) And had keys made to our vehicles.

I had a key fob. I tried getting it in a different place and they were a wreck - only one person out of the six workers was trained to perform it and that he was not there. The one time I did get him he could only do the key, not the fob. And the key took him nearly an hour!
AAA had the entire fob in inventory, the employee that was there was able to assist me, and that he was completed in under 15 minutes. Polite and helpful through entire service as well.

These guys are fantastic! I had a key that was new and I have a newer vehicle that has a keyless entry and a laser cut crucial. When I'd gone the total including shipping and tax for the part and service could have been close to about $500 So I went online. Got the component for $48 out of Amazon and AAA Lock & Key cut and programmed on the crucial for $45. Total saved about $400. FTW! Oh one more thing. This took approximately 15 min. Dealership went to bill me and I must support a small company. #localfirstarizona

No complaints . I closed my keys in the back of my toyota Camry so gave a call to AAA. They gwere able to get my door open in a few minutes and came. $46 was very affordable.

My handyman recommended to me this locksmith, and I am happy he did. I had a problem with my sliding glass door outside lock which had apparently been set up by a different company. Albert with AAA carefully studied the problem and arrived on time and created a solution that required some effort, but it was solved by him, and the lock works good now, eventually. I value the professionalism and helpfulness of the three AAA employees I dealt with regarding this unusual lock problem. Highly recommend.

I was planning on obtaining a key to our automobile at their office now since we just have one crucial. I decided to go mad enough and a different day, tonight we secured the key from the trunk. I called and John responded. He actually helped us and was so nice. His technology said his son may be able to help us a couple of hours later and could get back to us and was unavailable. As he said, John let me know his son managed to arrive called us. His son started working on the car and got there . My son and he met with and our automobile was open in less than five minutes. We were so thankful, the price was a little less than what John quoted which was amazing but made sure to provide him for having the ability to help us a fantastic tip quickly! I had all the locks are changed by them on a house we bought. It was simple to get an appointment. Was a kind. He was professional, worked quickly, and got the work done (10 doors) in less than hour. Fantastic support.

They sell different style safes. . . .gun safes....lockout tagout locks....padlocks....knives....and other odds and inches.
We came here yesterday to have some bike keys. My hubby managed to get his fuel key remade for his Kawasaki Concourse (we supplied the keys). We came here to see if they had the ability to clone my key however, our key was uncloneable. Service was granted. Until it worked right, we could test the fuel key and bring it back into the shop for tweaks. There appeared to be a continuous number of customers.

I dropped the keys to my 2007 yfz 450 and I was able to bypass my ignition for a day of riding. However, I needed a ignition to discourage theft and options were afforded by appearing online. I had been referred to this shop after calling around town and they were able to make keys within minutes! I paid less for keys than for a brand new ignition and I will use this shop for all of my future needs that were key. Remember, just go in!

I then decided to phone up the office because I wished to talk to a manager and whine about my experience. The woman that answered the phone essentially just tells me"thanks for letting me know and I'll pass the message along" and then hung up on me...
I had an experience with AAA Lock & Key. I just moved into a place where the door had difficulty latching. Having called my landlord, they called the locksmith which handled the keying of the doors to help fix it. Well, the day I have them come out, of course, it is warm and the door has no trouble latching. And rather than attempting to help me figure out a remedy, the locksmith shouted at me like I am an idiot and informs me there is nothing wrong with it.
I wanted to reveal exactly what was wrong and took a video of the lock. He stated that nothing was wrong with it so I can't be helped by him and didn't even bother to check out the video. Aside from making me an extra key, he continued to tell me I can't be helped by him and that it isn't his fault or his problem. Drive off without any discussion and he then decided to just walk away.
Really? That is what you call professionalism or decent customer support? I am sorry but you won't ever have any of my organization and I won't ever refer you to any of my friends or coworkers.

In case you have any need, this area is great. They do all types and they do auto key fobs. The service is friendly and quick. I had my bike Givi case key remade and moved in, not the Givi dealer could track down a secret. That combined with a different key were both made in moments. Highly recommend.

I have used AAA lock key previously and been satisfied, but if they can not even keep to their posted hours just like a organization, then they will get no business of mine.
I arrived to AAA that this day to lock key at pm. Their recorded hours for Saturday's have them closing at 3pm. The"Open" signal was off, door locked and lights off. I saw two men depart from the side of the building as I left the workers having clocked.

The key wouldn't enter my Nissan Versa's lock. I knew I would have to purchase a part to repair the lockbut had matters from the trunk I needed to get out. So that I could get my things out of the 17, the lock opened. He advised me to not get the part and told me where to look. This saved me a considerable sum of money. He also advised me to come back they can drill it at at far lower price than the dealer and once I get the part. He did not charge me . I have received better service.

I went into their store and he obtained a brand new key and gave a quote of $20 to me. The new key was able to open the driver side door, but maybe not lock it. He explained that's additional cost of $60 and fixed and the lock needs to be removed. I agreed and the lock was also fixed by him in some moment. During the process of carrying out the lock, there was a processor in the manage that is inner and outer. Lessen the price for the job he proposed to replace it. He gave a second copy key and charged me 30.
I was impressed by the settlement to the minimal price and customer support. I recommend this store any day.
I've got a Toyota Avalon and recently, my car key stopped working (didn't turn at all) on lock onto the driver side door. Fortunately, it was functioning on the passenger door. I called lock and key up and the person on the other end stated it's a frequent problem with Toyota and Honda and that he asked me to come in to get it fixed I could clarify the matter.

This locksmith understands what they are currently doing and is experienced. I made the mistake of carrying my overly expensive FOB crucial for my wife's car to a big box home improvement store and after the clerk took my key and"cut" it, he advised he wasn't certain when he cut it right, and he didn't. I took it to AAA Lock & Key in hopes that they may save the key instead of having to fork out another $45 for the next FOB key, and they could fix the cut and the secret is usable.

Fantastic service. Automobile keys stolen and they re-keyed my car same day less than dealership. Very empathetic and friendly. If needing locksmith service will go back.
