I am not sure about all of these negative reviews. Justin communicated well (gave me a 30 minute heads up telephone before he led my way) as I requested. He gave an honest appraisal of the circumstance and was professional. . .fixed my current unit and never once suggested a replacement or part repair.... Was in and out in 20 min.
Here is the ABSOLUTE WORST Business. People are rude they do not care about the customer all they care about is upcharging you! I wish I could give them zero stars. They charged me $75 to come tell me something that I didn't fix the problem and already knew!

I hate plumbing problems but I LOVE working with Complete Plumbing. I will not bore you with all the details but I was totally saved by them after another plumbing firm gave me the runaround and left me unable to use my kitchen sink for almost 2 weeks. Justin booked me and replaced my old disposal, working that the utmost professionalism. I called Justin today with another issue. He happened to have a cancellation and got me in same day. Turns out there was a change I could reverse and also to fix the issue. making me feel like an idiot and showed me the way to work with it of the problem happens 23, I was educated by him. I would advise Justin to anybody!!
Second experience, the warranty firm sent Justin from Absolute outside to correct a flow. The tenant told me he was in a hurry and blamed his inability to fix the issue on a space and work from another professional. Told her to keep an eye on the flow. '' he explained the water heater was installed, nothing was covered under warranty when I spoke to him, and there was nothing he can perform.
My experience has been just like all the others' involving google and yelp. My warranty company delegated justin from Absolute; first two years ago to replace a garbage disposal then this week for the hot water heater.
With the first occupation, the electrician working on the wiring called and told me he was concerned about the plumber's job not being safe or accurate. When I called Absolute, he would not return my telephone call and informed AHS and refused to go back out to the house and double check his job.
I received a call from the tenant that evening who told me the leak had become worse since a pipe was replaced by him. When I called Justin and asked for him to come back out, he got defensive and told me he had told my warranty company the house systems could not legally work on them and were prohibited. He then hung up on me. I am not certain how a person like that sleeps through the night.

Had Justin out to fix a kitchen faucet. Told me it had replaced. After dealing with Delta Faucet. Delta did want replace it and guarantee company didn't wish to pay to the vast majority of the Kitchen faucet it for all. He refused to place it because it had an adapter involving return line plugged into the wall. He claims to the guarantee company. Was able to place this kitchen Faucet in roughly 45 minutes myself. And I am not an expert plumber. As he stated on my ring doorbell.
Complete Plumbing was assigned from our Home Builders guarantee to us once we called regarding a backed up mainline. Our plumbing had cut stack during kitchen renovations to find the cast iron pipe clogged from 90+ yrs of use. When Joe arrived, he claimed that he could contact our guarantee company and did not possess the gear to root a mainline. We paid $75 for your own trip to do nothing to . Absolute then told our guarantee company that we damaged the plumbing during our renovations along with the mainline was filled full of"what appears to be dirt". Our guarantee company will not cover anything due to their incompetence and lies.
I contacted he and Justin informed me that they did not say anything of this kind. And told me over and over (at least 10 times) that there was nothing for them to diagnose. They had to have the ability to run the water down the drain to diagnose. Good news Absolute, we diagnosed it. That cast iron pipe laying? This was the problem. We needed you to root the mainline as requested. If anything there is with no gear to root a mainline a plumber either incompetent or an liar. Overall, an Absolute waste of my time.
My house warranty company refered to Complete Plumbing me. My sewer was backed up, which it does each year due to tree roots. I have had plumbers out to correct this matter and they have been helpful and always complete the job. After I called, justin from Complete came out and unclogged my drain. He kept saying my guarantee company does not guarantee tree roots so if it backs up in two weeks I would need to pay to have it snaked back again. 24 hours rolls around and my line is backed up again with water. I call Justin to come back out because it has ONLY been 24 hours and he did not get the clog removed all. He said that my guarantee company referred me to a different firm that would cost me $ 99 and does not guarantee that the tree roots. What? The tree roots did not grow back into my lineup overnight! Shame on you Justin for unclogging my drain and not coming back outside. I work full time and that I encourage my two teenaged kids in my...I can not afford to pay someone another 100.00 to come out and complete your job, the one I paid you $140.00 to complete. So I sit here with water onto my floor before payday. Thank you Justin for your excellent customer service and your inability to complete. I will never use this company for my plumbing demands .

Not certain why Any dwelling guarantee contracts this company or in business to be honest - but I had the luck of being hauled from home guarantee to them. Seemed nice at first - but as soon as a problem is with THIER Work - justin became very rude and was not eager to hear or acknowledge his wrong doing. Kept referring me Back to the home guarantee for a different work order - I'm not likely to pay a second fee for Justin's error - nor do I want anything back to attempt to fix. I'm not. Justin did not diagnose or even look for the real difficulty and did a quick job of what was noticeable at first look - sink backed up and rice in garbage disposal (so he cleaned out garbage disposal and fixed our water pressure - water pressure we didn't have an issue with or put in the"work order" he kept referencing). Well then our entire basement was full of water because of a pipe . Justin was condescending, unprofessional, and rude when talking to him didn't call him out - . So yeah - job there pipes for nothing! Listen to the reviews - don't use this company or Justin.
I was delegated APP. The garbage disposal and the pipes underneath the kitchen sink were also leaking. They not only called me early to inform me, that if I was prepared for them, they could come out earlier, but once they got to my house they were fast, professional, and walked me through their procedure from begin to finish. They explained how the warranty works- what was covered and what wasn't and gave me a few plumbing suggestions for a first time home owner. I could not have been more satisfied. Highly recommend!
Great support! Needed to have my own hot water heater replaced. Both appointments were right on time, and everything was explained to me. Fresh water heater was set up and works great. Highly recommended.
