Don't call these people! They offered $30 over the telephone....to then bill $160 to open a Kia!!!

Zero Stars! I call - . Tech calls, gets here maybe 45 minutes after call. This is the 4th place I predicted. Was trying to get the very best price & they seemed to possess it. All it was a bedroom doorknob we are locked out - How much? He states $19 to come out & $20+ to door that is start. So difficulty was, he didn't give any variety it could go up to me to. Believing that was my bargain, had them come out. So he opens gives cost of $19 to us to return PLUS $75 to open doorway!!! & door Took doorway all but one second to open. I get mad - feel totally screwed & call dispatch to see what they can do. They didn't disclose the cost to be 5 times as far as what the doorknob even cost's chance. Dispatch proceeds that it is no method, such a broad range. It could go up as large as $450. Really - as soon as they know what kind it is before they come out. Watch these men know they can say whatever price they want and you're screwed!! Tech gets annoyed while I am on the phone with dispatch, mumbles he does not have any time for this, marches up the stairs, storms out of my residence shuts my bedroom doorway & locks &. Fantastic riddance. I am disgusted. These people are unprofessional and as far as I am concerned thieves. Do not call them - you'll be shocked at your final cost. Why? Because they will not disclose one - it'll be a great surprise. Zero Stars!
