Suggestion: Make sure you have your telephone number is repeated by the dispatcher when you call for service.
On this place, I'm a little torn. The mere fact that I had to wait two plus hours to have my lock must warrant a review. But they did so that deserves a minimum of three stars, do the job without having to remove the door that is secure.
Being that I basically had a half-day work day and my garage is truly tidy, let us proceed with the 3 stars.

I would if I could give these folks no stars. I locked myself called 411 got the amount for these guys and waited two and a half an hour to them and still they never showed up, despite promises of 20 minutes. After sitting at the foyer of my building for over two hours, then I called another company to get me back . The area was there in less than half an hour and cost nearly 20 less than the cost Academy. Because when I had waited for them to show up I would still be waiting in the foyer of my building, I would only call them if I felt like never seeing the interior of my place again.

These people were quite good when trying to receive our business however, once that was over, obtaining support is IMPOSSIBLE. This appears to be a sort of"referral" company. The business that really charged us is although our company is from the Bay Area. Is neighborhood and completely unresponsive. I guess that it is possible to have a different experience if you chance to be delegated to a different provider. But I would advise that you can contact directly and that you select somebody who is really local. It is less costly in the Long Term
