I was glad I could do errands for the day's rest. It turned out to be a great day thanks. They can make keys . That is something I need to check into.
While putting my bags in my 18, I accidentally locked my keys. I've always had spare keys but not that time. I grabbed the yellow pages that I discovered this place and never use. Talk about marketing. 24 hour support, whole page advertising and with a picture of a girls locked her car plus a BBB association label out.
I phoned and they had a service in my side of the town that do another job. The guy over the phone was nice and said it would be 30 minutes till he got to me. The fee was $45.00 cash or $49.95 credit. The guy arrived just in thirty minutes. It took him 10 minutes to get into my car. Much more shocked what he used. It leave any evidence it had been pried open or did not hurt my car. He was an expert. This definitely was not His rodeo.

The technician didn't charge my spouse for unlocking the door(great because he came up short of finishing that mission). I know the company has to earn money. I run several companies myself. It is however sad the company told us 15-20 minutes and arrived in almost double that time. That makes a total of two missions and I might also add these are your two missions as a locksmith.
My two year old locked my spouse while I was off Now. My sister called Access Key for service and we told them we had them shortly, to which they answered, 15-20 minutes since there was a toddler closed in the house. They arrived. 15 minutes the tech/locksmith worked to open the front door(all listed on our ring door bell) he then asked my wife to call OUR neighbors for tools as he did not possess the tools he had to unlock the door. Eventually the door was unlocked by my two year old.

This doesn't sound too negative, I do not beg na be like that but that place just didn't convey anything to me or let me know they were going to be overdue. Sucks to suck sometimes.

I told him I'd pull my telephone records to prove to him I used his place and phoned him. In the meantime the amount they've listed on Yelp so it would not match with my telephone records was shifted by him. It did not alter on google and I have a screenshot of that. Please look in the photos and see all this.
I also mentioned I had my baby with me and my groceries out.
I was, written by the owner of this company, Sam didn't ask me to fix. He wrote me and ACCUSED me of working for another locksmith and maintained I used somebody else. So you can read everything this joker said to 17, I have screen shots of the conversation.
I paid money, still tipped $15 on a $45 bill, then called back to speak with a manager about my grocery store. I had been shuffled around on hold for 20 minutes until somebody just took my number and said I'd receive a call back. It is now Friday, Monday, the episode happened, and I never heard anything from anyone.
The door also bent and did not bother fixing it.
For me it was only 85 instead of 100 out just like normal. This was my only saving grace...
I phoned and asked if cars were unlocked by them they said they stated they are there in 15-30 minutes. I am totally cool with that. The company was less than 2 miles from where I had been.
My technician gave me a receipt once I paid money, but I don't have any interest in leaving a fake Yelp review and calling someplace 3 days in the span of an hour.
10 minutes later the technician called my cell phone and told me he was turning onto the road I had been on.

I locked my keys inside my car that was running with a cart filled with groceries in the cart. I also had my baby baby with me she was not in the car.

The owner of the business (Sam) is the EXTREMELY rude individual!! I had a key made for my car that following my car to start was caused by an hour. I needed to have my car towed to a dealership that explained that caused an error in my ECM. I needed to have my automobiles computer and because of this my car began reprogrammed and needed to have a new key made by the dealership. I paid $250.00 dollars for a secret that ended up causing more difficulties and which eventually cost me an extra $250.00 to fix. He got defensive and I called Sam to explain the problem and was exceptionally rude. He kept telling me how active he had been (likely on the telephone with other unhappy clients ) and that they have never had an issue with keys before nonetheless based on other reviews I have read, they have!! I requested for a refund however he maintained I email the receipts. I had no problem doing that since the dealership wrote the key led to the issue. About how much time it would require him to respond to my email inquiry I asked him and he got super rude and defensive. I've every intention to carry him along with his company to small claims court and request a complete refund in addition to the sum I paid to have my car repaired. Sam is an extremely individual who really needs to operate on his customer services. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! Sam, this isn't the way you do business.
The locksmith which assisted me was Vincent Smith and I can 100% recommend him. Not only is he skilled, he is dedicated and will do the task begin to finish, he knows how to use all tools, he is knowledgeable about the best and efficient way to do a project and is comprehensive with recommendations for an action plan on prospective follow up issues. You can tell he has completed his research because you can see it. He's quite considerate, professional and dare I say it's too! Not merely is Vincent a locksmith, he does a phenomenal job in representing Access Key & Security!! Thank you.
SO helpful. Willing to find the business done!! Following service from other locksmith companies across city failed to achieve that while I waited provided and remote entry key fobs. I wish I would have started here! Very respectful, professional, honest and fairly priced. Security and access Key has earned my business from here on out!

I called Access withExpress Local Service. I asked them if they'd have the ability to program and key a transponder crucial for my vehicle since I lost the master key and explained my experience. The gentlemen on the phone explained they could and described the process to me. I had them come out the following day. Although there was a disconnect with the appointment time which result in the technician being 1-1.5 hours , he was very polite, professional and apologetic. We're all human; it would be incredibly unfair to garbage them something such as this.

The employees are friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I have had bad experiences with locksmiths who jerk you. Now I'm in a position to get back home.
After the tumblers within my ignition decided they did not need to work anymore I was stranded in San Antonio. I needed to pull my ignition assembly and remove the tumblers. I required the assembly to receive tumblers installed instead of paying Honda $600 to get a new ignition assembly and probably another $200 to get a new secret and get it programmed. They got it done within one hour and reassembled for a fair $75 and obtained the brand new tumblers in.
These people today suck I called and they said they will be there in 15min and 15 mins turn into 3hrs I called back and they told me never made an appointment so I called again and told me they cant create a key after they explained they could so I asked them why didnt they call me to tell me and they said thr2y bib however they didnt and they made me late for work DONT CALL OR USE THESE PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
Locked myself and they had been they only and first company to return my frantic calls. I was able to create my assembly due to a support from Hofi in time. Would highly recommend them!
Don't use this business, they are crooks. First all had a key and it stopped functioning. I called and spoke to the operator because the car did not start, and tell him it might be a key that was bad. He sends his tech to try to look after the matter. I had been told that the key might have been damaged or dropped in water, however, the key had no sign on harm. The tech then makes apps and another crucial it and it works great. I had been informed by Sam there was a $85.00 charge but I informed him it was a faulty key and he told me that I was wrong. A key made 1 month ago should that was not dropped or damaged should still work and he put the blame on me. He did not wish to listen and desired me to cover although he then got really upset that I told him that it was a key. He irate and got really unprofessional. I will never use this business. Don't use them.
Had an issue. So my car was stuck in the supermarket parking lot. Called the dealer who desired me wait a few days for the parts to come in to have it towed to them, and cough up $400-600 depending on what the problem was. They plus called Access understood what was I. Made an appointment to meet to meet with somebody Jesse wasn't just ancient, but mended it super fast and managed to fix my parts that are existing, rather than needing to purchase new ones. Whole item cost less than $200 and took about half an hour. Will definitely use their service again if I'm ever in need.
