He saved us from the more extensive (and expensive) fix. Friendly and fixed our problem. What more can you request.
Hoping a minor fix might cure our plumbing squeeeeks, he finished the initial fix extremely quickly. and voila!! Cured.
Our problem was complex, however, it was a bit of a weird one. We certainly needed a professional opinion. Steve was very fast, courteous and prompt to diagnose the problem offering us a straightforward on the spot verbal quotation for the worst case situation.

Very expensive! $1500 got billed for patching a water pit escape. The leaking section cuts and replaced it. Our pipe was only old. 3 months later, the pipe leaked again. Steve recommended rerouting the whole pipeline and arrived the time. He quoted us $6000 for just focusing around the pipeline. He said if he mastered the wall/ceiling for us it would be an 2000-3000. I would not advocate.

Steven was fantastic. He did what we had as fast as possible so we'd possess the gas back on.
We could postpone the fix on the lineup so long as the gas was switched off to that portion of the home. This demanded Steven convince them that the other line to the home was in working order and to deal with SDGE. Since that was the lineup that provided heat, toilet and the kitchen for the primary living area thank goodness. We could provide that weekend to a hot dinner.
Steven came to create the repairs into the leaked line which demanded a new line to be laid. The original line had to be bypassed and rerouted and was in the base. All I can say is'Thank you Adept Plumbing for getting us through the vacations and warmly".
We're fortunate to get out Steven for an emergency call on a busy day before the Christmas holiday weekend. We found a gas leak and called SDGE who came out and switched off our gas into the entire home and red. This meant we had to get a certified plumber out, fix the problem, go to the town and pull a license in order to get the inspector out to okay it until we can phone SDGE back to send their technician out to turn the gas back on.

Steve, the family business' owner, showed up on time, has been considerate and respectful. He gave me a reasonable price, surveyed the work to be done, and went to pick up the components. The job has been totally in a timely way. When I want plumbing services, Can call again!

These men could come out ASAP. Redid all the plumbing in my place. The lines from the bathroom and the kitchen all had to be carried out with dishwasher and garbage disposal hookups. The service plumber was quick and productive. Thank you so much!

Stephen from Adept is first class in his area. He is respectful, and will go out of his way to assist customers. As a real estate agent in San Diego, many times we desire trades such as technicians, deals can hinge on small and big repair problems. Steve went out of his way to make it to my listing to help out. Turned out it was a small issue. Honesty and integrity aren't easy to discover!

I had an angle valve burst on me on the 3rd of July, that abandoned water gushing out to bedroom and my bathroom. Steve managed deal with business and to make it out over an hour. He was also able to look after a few other pipes problems that I had and took care of the valve very quickly. He recommended a restoration company to assist with the water damage and was a fantastic communicator. It had been very favorable, although this was my experience with Adept. . .highly recommended.

Completely clogged (there is an image of Steve holding up a long snake of origins with this Yelp website, it was only like that). They left the area clean and all put back together...
I'm super picky about home service providers. I am grateful for Adept. They have handled my plumbing requirements from fixes for many years to mold a few heavy work and remediation. Adept does more than repair clogged sinks for sure!

I last wrote how wonderful I thought Adept was 5 decades ago. Adept and steven have provided consistent timely and quality work ever since that time.

This company responded at a very brief notice when we had a crisis to us. Steven came out penalizing the leaking and also we had bunch plumbing stuff he was so helpful and fixed us them. Additionally when the leaking we had any damages. He's directed us to the right people to help everything they helped us. I strongly recommend you this company. They're professional, fast response speed, helpful and friendly. There speed was responsible also.

To 5 stars is nowhere near enough for this corporation. Amazing workmanship, reasonable prices, and Steven was unreal. Very specialist, and a very dedicated worker. Any plumbing needs, I know who to call!

He made one of the three requested fixes when he could get into - a leak under the sink. I paid.
At first, when we contracted Steven to perform work in my house in January, he was so conscientious about letting me know that my tenant had not responded within a couple of days of him trying to establish an appointment. He was persistent I am aware that the delay was not on his part and they prided themselves on support. He was pushy in his texts and asks I put up a Yelp review regarding although I reassured him it was ok. I said that I would be delighted to post a review.
The next was a faucet as he'd parts to purchase put in a few weeks later. It was slightly more expensive than I thought it should be as a landlord in a state that is different, I do not have the luxury to do much bargaining. I paid that bill promptly as well so the issue cannot be because I'm not a good paying customer.
I had really hoped to have the ability to provide a 5 star review.
While he was there the second time, he checked our third problem, which was a toilet that wouldn't stop running in our guest bathroom. He advised my renter it would be a 15 minute fix and that he had to order a part. This was in February. The renter and myself have been calling Steven and Adept since then. Another employee left without even doing something, said he did not understand what Steven was intending on doing, and came out at my renter's insistence.
I am extremely disappointed in Adept's follow through. I will need to find and pay another plumber to evaluate a problem I've already paid Adept to evaluate and was in the process of being solved.

Thank Good for Adept Plumbing! As of last week, the issues escalated and that I was not able to use my bathtub and had no knowledge of what was incorrect.
Adept Plumbing arrived when they said they would and was quick to react. Steven did a wonderful job and managed to fix everything!

My shower drips and he repaired it and has a water pressure. I am beyond pleased with their services! Would suggest Adept Plumbing.
We had an array of issues in our kitchen with the kitchen sink, dishwasher, etc..
Since moving into my apartment and an pressure once the water comes from the shower I've been experiencing a shower.

Out them to snake a main line and the Father and Son were there 20 minutes after I called them, they couldn't really get it together with the equipment they had so the other son came out at 530 during the night and managed to get the job done fast and economically. Made little talk as he explained why and what he was doing, which made me feel comfortable that he was knowledgeable and honest.

I phoned Adept plumbing to have a second opinion and steven was confident they would need to take out the bathroom and push it from the other end. Kenny was equipped and very kind to remove the bottle and came by that day. Thank you adept plumbing for saving me time and money!!!!

Adept plumbing knows a lot more than Bill Howe. I flushed a makeup bottle the bathroom that got stuck at the throat down, so the company I called was Bill Howe because they were voted the #1 plumber at san diego. Their rep told me he wouldnt have the ability to remove it and said I would need to purchase a new bathroom. Me didn't bill but stated it'd be $650 for them to provide a new bathroom and alter out it using the older one.

I first called Steve when we had a crisis leak in a toilet pipe. He and his son were there within one hour had it repaired efficiently and fast. We ended up updating the copper, moving the pipes from below slab to over ground, and hiring them to completely re-pipe our 32 year old residence. They did a fantastic job, for a price. They even repaired running toilets and a few leaks during the job at no charge. We will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing requirements.

Steven mended my water heater effectively and fast. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. They are highly recommended by me!
