Really like this store. Each time I come I get serviced as soon as I walk through the doorway. Their worker Tyler Holmes is always helpfully and so friendly, he is the best. Mr. Holmes has made my experience in this business amazing.
We've been using them for 13 years at our law firm and our home! They have the very best technicians and always excellent service! When I call I cAn guarantee somebody will arrive within 30 minutes. This isn't your ordinary locksmith allow me express they are state of the art tech specialists! If you can dream it they can take action when it comes to remotes and locks. Simply tell them they'll design it to make it happen and what you need! You know the old if this then .... Well if this locksmith then which can be carried out!
Worst customer service ever. It's like the kid went out of his way not to sell me a secure.
Used them for the first-time now to replace one lock and 6 others. I got an email at 8:50am that they were on the way, and a call from the technician (Michael)at 9:10am, telling me he'd arrive at 10 minutes (which he did). He was polite and respectful while he was here, as I was training clients. He was careful to not interrupt his or her training, and worked quickly and quietly while he was there. I had a question about payment, therefore Michael and Kristin, who was also polite & courteous got billing on the phone and joined me and worked to resolve my question. Fantastic service, would use again!
It turns out this is the way they operates. A buddy of mind ran into same episode where service being overcharged by their workers as soon as they denies and ruined consternation properties. Funny part is that their proprietor side even if they don't know wtf they're doing. So nobody take responsibility for their mistake, just how are you in business if making your staffs being accountable for their actions.
