Affordable Plumbing Solutions

I initially found Affordable Plumbing Solutions using a Google search back in January 2018. I decided to act as my own builder on my master bath remodel in order to spend less. The builder's bid was $28,000 with quite low allowances for the fixtures and tile. I finished the task with high end fixtures and tile for $18,000. I did all the work except for installing some of the pipes work and the tile. Affordable Plumbing Solutions did the complete aluminum pipe setup for our dual shower head design and relocated our shower drain (crawling under our house, working together to make certain it was located at the exact position I desired ). Richard, the owner and owner, is always on-time, quite responsive, and, if necessary, keeps in contact via text message to upgrade his arrival time. I was totally satisfied with the quality of his cost AND his work. He is LESS expensive. I phoned back him to relocate the water distribution lines for our two sinks to allow our dressing table to fit. He was quick to respond, on time, and very reasonable with his cost. AGAIN reasonable with his cost, and on-time. Richard is MY GO TO PLUMBER. I'm now having him help me. AGAIN, fast to respond, on-time (in FACT he came a day before when the first date turned out not to work for him). He replaced nine sink valves that were leaking AND relocated our propane gas distribution line to allow us to install a slide in scope. My wife and I are happy with Richard's professionalism, openness to do what is needed, the standard of his demeanor AND his work and personality. He's just plain and simple a guy and plumber. I can't fathom you finding a better plumber or individual.

Professional occupation. He arrived and cleared a sewer line that was clocked from our entrance clean outside to the street. He got the job finished ( can I admit? ) Where one plumber failed a couple of weeks. I was referred by him to a man who gave me pro tips on what to expect and fixes plumbing. My wife and I are pleased and Richard will be a normal plumber from this day forward.

This is the time Rich was to my house and this visit was to replace my water heater. He did an outstanding job and walked through the process. Until he did the work, few options were provided by him as to what he'd recommend and what brands I should consider. He would not suggest the brands so it would last 24, that you could buy in the shop but a semi manufacturer. I recommended him to my friends and I received his contact another friend that he did perform for. Rich is knowledgeable and quite professional in his field.

Richard has completed several jobs for us. He is really reasonably priced excellent in his job and very good .

This is most certainly the best service I have received. A+ in repair and service. . .It's snowing outside and Eddie came out to fix my hot water heater. I applaud Eddie because of his hard work and commitment.

This plumber was to our house this year and that I was completely satisfied both times. He is a plumber and he is a man that is nice. He does quality work and his cost is quite reasonable. I would advise this plumber.

Richard arrived, removed the glass from my own disposal, and was done in 10 minutes. Charge: $150. Affordable? I think not!!!!!!
I got some glass and broke a jar. From what I watched Yelp, selecting them, I called Cheap Plumbing and they made an appointment with me. The appointment's day, they called and said they may actually come than the appointment. I thought that was great, but...

I attempted to reach him and he never returned any calls. Not certain if he is still active as a business.

I've had 2 experiences with no situation with this company -- the first with a water heater replacement going strong several years. The next was a problem with a upstairs bathtub which I believed leaked within the wall. He managed to diagnose the issue which I felt I could resolve myself and came out. He didn't even charge for education and the trip. He has my business for the next plumbing issue that's sure as my house nears 50 years of age, to pop up.
I browsed through lots of the low ratings here and they all seem to be from people who didn't find sufficient time out of him such as"he didn't seem to have time to listen" or complaints which he didn't do extra work or offer extra components or blamed him for failure of a replacement component.

We had a leaky shower/tub so we called Affordable Plumbing Solutions. The issue was instantly identified by richard and he had the cartridge. The price was fair and in addition, he gave a first-time customer discount. Quick, superior and friendly services.

I've used times to Richard from Affordable Plumbing . He has consistently gone above and beyond with his service to ensure my problem was taken care of. My home has mad plumbing and he has consistently found a way to take of the issue even when it seems like the issue is un-fixable. I've worked with plumbers at the bay that weren't nearly as trustworthy or competent as he is. I would advise every moment to Richard.

I have used Affordable Plumbing for a number of years, and yesterday was no exception--Richard fixed the leak underneath my sink and came. He's prompt, reasonably priced, a very nice guy, and incredibly knowledgeable about pipes. I urge him!

Wow, based on of the positive reviews I decided to give a call to them. The individual was curt and rude . He didn't appear to have the time to listen to what I wanted. He spent all of 15 seconds. A company has to be willing to listen to its clients. How do we be able to trust the work and the purchase price if he doesn't listen to a new client on the phone? First impressions are essential! I'm sorry that at 7:30am you were already having a bad day, but I didn't deserve your rudeness.

Richard is great! Needed to have plumbing work in the last year and Richard is your guy. Reasonable cost, friendly and considerate, punctual (very communicative on coordinating convenient times), and every job he has done was of fantastic quality - never had to call him back for rework.

Richard replied and told me that the upcoming appointment was 2 days away and I told him that's not likely to work for me.
As opposed to allowing me hang up, he asked me a few questions to troubleshoot the issue by telephone. With his guidance I was able manually rotate the water to drain to restore power to the garbage disposal , and dislodge a chicken bone which prevented the blades. I flipped the switch and that which was functional again! These men look very customer service focused and assisted me when they had nothing. I will be calling them again if any issues come up in the future.

Richard heard the term'tub drain clogging'. Gave us a 135 quote on the phone (and a reduction on top of it), came and fixed it in a jiffy, gave us a 90 day warranty. Hassle-free.

Great service! I called Richard regarding my kitchen sink. He came out following day right on time. He was simple to talk to, even talked to my toddler lol. The fix was created over a month ago and have not had any other issues. When I have some other plumbing needs I will definitely be calling Richard again.
