The Plumbing of al Garcia completed a repipe of the home. They showed up when they said they completed the project in the timeframe agreed and would. The technicians were competent, professional and neat. They also cleaned up in the end of each day.
They made sure we had a working toilet both nights. Where applicable old elastic connectors/flexible hoses were substituted by them with product that is current to the newest code.
Update. We had a small issue with the plumbing that we couldn't find out. We known as"J" he came out as soon as he was liberated and sorted it out for us. Excellent customer service.
We had been impressed with all the care they took in moving the appliances, and the steps they took to secure our floors. We helped by emptying the under sink cabinets they had access to the plumbing, before they started.

Al Garcia is a crook. Seeing moisture and stating we will need to camera it and then could not find a leak. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else.
Invoice #018289 - paid $300 for nothing.

The Very Best! We had a leak from our laundry tub drain. The 70 year old cast iron drain pipes corroded through within the wall. Alfonso added a clean out, broke the stucco away, removed the pipe, replaced it, came out calling and did a temp patch on the stucco until we could get it fixed. All taken care of in about 2 hours and a completely reasonable charge as well. These guys are the best. From falling to the sand, helping us keep our 70 year old beach cottage!

Like many of the reviewers , we did a complete re-pipe of our house. Al-Garcia's has helped us out with issues that were bigger. They've always been efficient and professional, taking care to be punctually and responsive. Specifically,"J" was wonderful with the job and in returning multiple times when we had questions. I recommend them.

Allow Me to explain we felt taken advantage of and why this is a shock:

- responsive. One was with pipe which was causing back pressure over running in bathroom syncs, in pipes resulting in water.
- before starting work, they didn't provide estimate. On the visit to repair the clogging they examined another issues and provided an estimate of around ~$200. On the visit they charged $625! I find this unacceptable.
I am hoping the company reviews their processes to incorporate a correct quote up front and they convey these across their team so their is not any openings.
This incident left a poor impression and will look to other handymen for business practices that are honest although I would like to work with them in the future.
Were:
The issue was a clog that we were charged $165 for the visit, it's understandable that during a holiday weekend it would cost that much short notice and emergency type situation. This was advertised up front so not a problem.
- clean when performing work. They make sure to wear shoe covers. Cleaned up after themselves, a big plus in my book.
On initial inspection (during the initial visit to fix clogging) those were eye chunk estimated to be in the assortment of $100 to $200, which is understandable. To cover parts and labor I would imagine no greater than $300 max. Photographs were taken of the issues and notes taken by the representative.

Called Al-Garcia's plumbing to fix a number of issues. Here is I am leaving a bad rating, and what I found bad and good.

But, no official estimates were hauled to us in between the second and first visit, and not even at the start of the visit. To come after the fact and cost us $625 for fixing toilet valves that are basic and tap pipe for at least half there is a grand unprofessional given that no proper quote was given to us on the visit and it was contrary to the quote.

I wish I could give 10 stars to these men! They are very professional and inexpensive! We've used them and have always been happy! I really do recommend and should I have a plumbing problem I'll call Al..
This company installed a brand-new air conditioner and all new plumbing pipes and fittings during our remodel!

I had a brand new sink faucet. The fix men did not enter without putting paper covers and arrived. I did not expect this and it was appreciated.
These fix men would win hands down When a fashion show was for pipes. A job truck that looked like it had a wax and wash, clean clothing, and they smelled Plus they were quite knowledgeable and could complete the repairs in a cramped space, remove all of the trash and left without any signs of debris. This company takes pride in its own work.

I called this business based on recommendations from my regional appliance store. They're now my"go to" plumber. Their job was amazing and prices competitive and fair.

The assistant (Stephanie) was quite wonderful.
I love and support small companies, when a business can not keep a promise, but I can not stand.

I had scheduled an appointment to get a while. I spoke to the proprietor Al, and he told me that he went to be at my home between a time. Remember this appointment was scheduled 3 times out. There is no justification for not making your appointment. This showed a total disrespect to my period as I am busy. It doesn't matter in case you don't show up at 17, how good the service is.
Note to the proprietor. It's one thing one thing not showing up and running. I'd have given 30 additional minutes as plumbers become stuck at occupations.

Sure no way to get repeat business! !

They sent someone over to look in my problem, who didn't know **** about air conditioning systems.

Francisco and Eric just completed shower place and a new drain for our bathroom. We had a flow that had drained down to the bedroom and desired attention immediately, they also took care of the issue and also arrived within 1 day. Both have been knowledgeable and very friendly and also explained of my options. Thanks for the hard work and service that is friendly!

It has been months since I turned off the water accessibility as a result of pipes in the ground to the yard. There was a growing mysterious spot growing on the carpet in front living room and we thought the plumbing beneath the slab can also be broken, I tried cutting the fabric but I couldn't find anything. We also wanted a new bathroom but we're likely to get by. Well Al got rid of the older pipes re-did the plumbing, added piping, then capped the sprinklers since we are going to be installing grass, place in a fresh water line via the garage and installed a water efficient Toto bathroom! He moved to the roof, used his camera and verified that the front living room was fine and no 1 water came up.
Al and his team are great and we are going to be calling them today. I love him being patient and kind, I didn't know what my dad had done with his fixes plus he passed away earlier in the year however, Al managed to figure out it!

This plumbing company is OUTSTANDING!! If I could give them They did a complete aluminum and also installed a tub for us. Work ethic and their work is quite professional. The men were here every day punctually ready for work. He said they'd done a fantastic job, along with my husband and I could not agree more, After we had the town inspector come out to sign off to the permit. This is hands-down my plumbing firm that is new. Oh, I forgot to mention that they are also VERY fair. All around, this is a wonderful company to work with.

The Pipes of al Garcia is one. Water heater changed and redo pipes for my laundry area. The cost is very reasonable and his assistant Adrian and the technician Antonio are extremely professional and friendly. I wish I could give them a Ten Stars! I strongly urge to give them a try, if anybody needs a plumber!

Where do we start? The Plumbing of al Garcia is awesome. We have had our water heater is replaced by them and bathrooms. They installed an air conditioning unit and now they're clearing out a congestion at our sewer drain. They are prompt, professional and a joy. We love these guys!

This business is highly recommended by me! We used them on the phone to the last walk thru with Al and in the interaction with Abraham for a big project at my small business, we had a good experience. Cesar, the plumber, has been quite knowledgeable and came out on time and provided that the quote on the spot. They sent a big crew to find the work done in one day and cleaned up the whole workspace. We did run but Cesar responded immediately to fix the matter and also the owner Al did explain the effect and I was fulfilled in the end. Accidents happen but it was significant to Al to make it right and how it is dealt with by a company is indeed important! We look forward to using them !

I was putting off calling a plumber for some minor issues I had in the house... I had initially called a distinct plumber on Yelp, but their program did not match up with mine... That is good. . . B/c of that I called Al-Garcia Plumbing and happy I did... They were able to adapt my program and supply a quote/estimate over the phone.
If needed I would certainly recommend and will absolutely use.
Not only is there service amazing but they have reasonable rates.

We phoned after finding a leak in our hot water heater and the crew was here within an hour. He took the time to recommend how to repair it, as well as to explain what was wrong. The repair went easily and the crew was very respectful. The cost was fair and we're so thankful to have everything. They also fixed a valve. I would not hesitate to urge them to other people and to call this business.

Al will be our go to guy on any future plumbing problems or projects.

These guys are the BEST! They've solved several plumbing issues in the last year or so for myself and my mother. Professional, fast to respond, courteous and clean. Plus they are not as costly compared to my plumber. Today they arrived within 20 minutes to clear a clogged kitchen sink. Al spread a blanket wore booties over his sneakers and then cleaned the floor in the front of the sink afterward. The sink now functions in time for Thanksgiving! Thanks, Al Garcia's Plumbing!!
