What happens if your spouse loses your key on the slope?
It was late Saturday night and he was beneficial and receptive. We were extremely grateful to have found him. He hurried to attempt and get everything cared for us. I'd use this business although I do not wish this on anyone.

Do Not use the truckee Alpine Lock And Key horrible customer service I had a Consultation Changed to Before in the Afternoon the service tech never showed up or called and Moved to another call instead of mine and said I will be there on ur old time window time because I Moved into another call more important then your and instead of your and tech very unapologetic very rude

Service call mended, were there when they said they'd be, knowledgeable and was fantastic.

My battery on my lock prevented me. I called Mitch and Alpine showed up quickly and he got to my property. He also. Changed my battery and also make me a secret.

I lost. Mitch was outside at our house within 2 hours and made 2 keys. Outstanding.

I called at to inquire about a urgent job at my house. The price was correct and Jacob showed up 45 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with, comprehensive, and professional. Alpine Lock and Key has my business from now on.

My insurance referred me to the lock business. $145 charged to unlock my car afternoon. The service person came hour after I completed the job and phoned. The service individual is Jacob; he is done and nice the work professionally, economically and with quality.
One annoyance is all about payment. In the start, my insurance (Geico) told me that the business was not able to process insurance things at the time and was not able to provide service until the next day. They are okay if they are paid by me directly to take the request. So I will have to submit a reimbursement to the insurance. But well...

Jacob has been a help! We got our secrets locked in the back of our car and he managed to cut at a brand new key for all of us! Thank you for a fast and reliable service :)

If they come to Homewood at the middle of the night to allow your wife and two boys into the house... they deserve nothing but five stars!

We've had to returned multiple keys more than once because they were badly made.Recently a relatively new employee using a new key was locked out of our area of business plus we lost 90 minutes of valuable retail moment. We have three locks this key might have opened to allow her in and it functioned none. She called Alpine to come out and fix the issue. The service tech said that"it was a badly made crucial", and he replaced it. Afterwards we sent us a bill (that at first was sent to incorrect email) for fix to get a lock..which was never show as a issue, and didn't make sense because our key didn't open either door. For charging us despite our protest , they wouldn't budge on the invoice. . .do not use them!
