Recognizing that my own water valve couldn't be turned back in by me I panicked calling distinct plumbers to determine if they might come by my place. Some were booked today and others didn't operate on Sundays and said the earliest they could stop by to inspect the problem was on Monday. I went down the list calling distinct plumbers until I arrived to Always Rescue Plumbing. My shower faucet handle n't worked a few days ago and decided to not fix it till today, Sunday, March 10, 2019. We weren't able to fix it after getting some help from a friend because the clip was not put back on the cartridge and I could not turn my main water valve for fear of a leak.

Toilet problem are never a fun thing to deal with especially when the water starts flooding throughout your bathroom floor and rises. Luckily I contacted Always Rescue Plumbing and they could send out a guy to our residence. I inquired about it and they sent a guy when I got home. He had been there waiting for me and took 5 minutes to finish the job. Our toilet works good as new! They were able help out and to come over fast!

My review. Daniel was no fuss man really. On time. No communication, keep u. Come and deliver. Descent charges. Just to set things to perspective the same project (copper pipe flow, crawl space work) most of these quoted 500+ or 300+. These guys did it. Daniel and team handled other plumbing request.

Starting with the first call to the workplace, the phone was answered by Vanessa and I could sense that moment that I made the ideal call at the ideal time. Vanessa confirmed they could be there in thirty minutes to check and give a free estimate and checked with her technician. Sure , Daniel who's the technician and owner, manager showed up in less than thirty minutes. He diagnosed the problem was using the manifold and he will arrive in the morning with the ideal part to correct the issue. Daniel recorded the components that gave me what I believe to be the ideal quote with the perfect price and needed to be substituted.
They made sure to wait around for 20 minutes to the connections and pipes prior to doing a water test to settle. This proved more that they know their job and their work could be trusted by me.
He guided me to leave the sheet stone open in the ceiling for a few more days and confirm prior to closing the opening in the 29, no problems exist.
The first thing in the morning, in the scheduled time, Daniel showed up with a different technician (Alex) who helped him throughout the procedure. They must work, made sure they turned off the water, emptied all the water out of the water lines and set the tarps on the carpet. Amazing excellent work done in very less time.

About Feb 13th, 2019 there was a review that I published in which I stand by. This past weekend my own water heater gave out after 20 years. You guessed it I called Always Rescue they were out the day on Saturday. They gave me a fair quote. The job was specialist and outstanding. Jose and Mario did an excellent job. What else happened is that the gasoline heater pilot was turned off by accident when the water heater pilot turned off. Daniel came out that to light the furnace NO bill to me. In hiring this provider, you will not be let down.

Called Saturday afternoon and he said he'd be over in an hour. He was right and also did a wonderful job repairing a leak that is hard-to-reach I was afraid would involve dividing the wall. Price was very fair. I advocating him to anybody who requires a plumber and will be saving him. Thanks!

I'm struggling between 4 and 3 star. In the end, I'm giving 3 star to be honest as 3 means (A-OK) and 4 means (I am a lover ). It was just OK. I'd have given a 4 if everything had gone smooth then.
This time he first flushed the tank and put on the new area. He explained that the San Jose water is indeed hard and the calcium sediment would get caught in the valve every time I will leak and flush. I accepted this excuse and understood. The miscommunication regarding the part/warranty has been cleared. I fixed the issue and appreciated the fact that he confessed that the communication wasn't clear. He did warn me that I shouldn't try flushing the tank as the valve will start leaking again. So I am going to hold off on that. Need to install a water softener to get around the calcium buildup!
Daniel came in the next day punctually. He replaced the valve but didnt actually carry out the flush. I advised him that the quotation was for flushvalve replacement that was +. He did the flush and I discovered that the valve was leaking again, while he wrapped up. I asked him about it and he responded that because it was my part, the work could not be guaranteed by him. This didnt make sense to me. I told him that if he'd told me about this before, I'd have left him utilize his role. I was clearly not happy and he proposed that he will redo the work with his part.
The flush valve (one we use for periodic flushing) was leaking a little bit. I asked online to flushing the heater and replacing the valve. Most physicians said while I was actually given a quotation by Daniel they had to come in to take a look. I called and explained the situation and scheduled an appointment for the next day since it was reasonable. Daniel mentioned that he might have to go get the part and I told him so it could be used by him, that I had the component at home as well.
I really do intend on giving Daniel a call in the future as I want to give him a second opportunity as he seemed like a nice, reasonable, honest guy if the need arises. I will bulge to a 4 or 5, if this call goes well.

Wonderful experience. Daniel really saved us. We couldn't get emergency help from our home warranty company for a ceiling water flow and we turned to Yelp and ended up calling many plumbing businesses. Daniel's (Always rescue plumbing) was very fast to react, he arrived in 10 minutes. He did a great work, also had been prepared to call the home warranty business for us to determine if the work order could be covered under insurance. His contact number will always be together and I will call him first.

Daniel is a champion! My toilet was clogged, nothing could work (draino gel max is a joke) and every time we flushed, filth came up the shower drain, so it had been bad. Daniel snaked the pipes to 150 ft from the roof but it was still clogged. I am new to this home so I didn't realize my city clean drain out was until the next day in the front under some dirt. When I figured out it Daniel finished snaking the drain that was front and came back and it cleared out. He showed me exactly what to search for if the pipes become clogged so I feel like he fixed the problem but also helped me to learn how to block it. A service that is plus. Really great guys. I am very grateful to have a bathroom, although I wish I'd known about the front drain to spare the cost of these moving on the roof. And I am not worried about future problems now that I understand about it. Thank you ver very very much.
