While I appreciate the fast turn around, I contacted other companies at the exact same time which do provide option hours and that will come out to find out whether they can track down the issue or fix the issue. Chat about paying the minimal charge to upfront instead of coming to check out the issue like the other companies simply made it an easy decision, although I really don't know if this company offers free estimates or not.
Had a call a brief time. In his voicemail he mentioned they did support the area and 4:00 PM would be the newest they could come by, unless I wanted to cover more then, I could do after hours, but he would need to pay his guys time and a half, which means he would need to bill me. In addition, he mentioned they bill hourly, that at a minimum it is $550(+) depending on method of payment to your initial 1 1/2 hours and $250 per hour after.
Figuring out the form as if they defended our area, we have a leak in our house and wanted to inquire and if they provided alternate hours.
I am just deciding to go while I don't despise their policies. I am also needing this advice to be out there so folks don't waste their time calling this business if they want alternative hours or don't want to pay on an hourly rate basis, but instead an agreed cost, which is my preferred method.
