WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE!!!!!! 10 P.M. my brother called for a ceremony he left the keys in the car. He was under the impression. After the locksmith showed up he advised him they needed to pay them cash, card or credit and dont deal with insurances. Because he had no cash the ceremony was cancelled by him. At around 11P. M. Thursday night, I called for the ceremony again. The representatives have no hint about services. Word of advice A REAL LOCKSMITH!!! I advised the business and them the address I was nearby. I asked for the price and they quote me with a service fee. I instantly thought so I asked for a total price this wasn't the entire price. The agent informed me depending on what kind of services I wanted they will put in the costs. I went along thinking it wouldnt be any more than $100. I waited to called me . About an hour after I called back for a follow up and the rep
Said the technician will call you in 10 minutes. The telephone hangs up. I asked who was about to pay for the service and got a call with a rep asking me for the address again. I said . He hung up and mentioned when he is close by, a technician would call me . I called back to find out what went on waited for another hour. Another rep answered and mentioned my SERVICE WAS CANCELLED and NO ONE was on the way because the service was cancelled by the technician from 10P. M., I Informed the rep that I called for a ceremony for the same car at 11P. M. and she did not have any information even though she supplied me with the three telephone numbers they can call me back when the technician was nearby. At this point it was absurd to even argue with the rep. I was getting ready to call another locksmith service when the technician called me and said he was outdoors. I met up with Jayke and mentioned what happened. He apologized about the mistakes and that I should not have waiting that long. He said that there was no me nearby and he drove a method that was longs to come to me. I took the so called discount because I was ready to leave and get home. The tech was too bad he lacks the experience. Folks do your study!!! ALWAYS call for a full on price rather than obtaining a quote because people such as this will only charge up their ***!! Speak to an real Locksmith and ALWAYS call services that are nearby. This organization is predicated on Piedmont, California and they supply services . The customer service extremely lacks and they to make money. You may manage rude employees and Incompetent. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
Do not utilize this service! The purchase price menu on the site is a total scam. A lock assistance is 120 dollars. For 20 minutes of work! Not even doctors get this hourly fee...
They are not licensed or bonded in AZ.. They are not licensed through BBB. They haven't reacted to 3 of the complaints, and had 35 complaints in 3 decades. They paid over $70k in penalties and was approved by Georgia Office of Consumer Protection. Watch case # 2014CV254805. The owner is Nona Bababekov and goes by the name Naomi, and her promises are not worth the spit in her mouth. Their HQ is subcontract with other disreputable firms in AZ such as Ash locksmiths. They sent a tech and he yelled at me and refused to get out of my house, when I refused service. He pushed my 70 yr old mum and that I removed him from my home. He threatened and cried me but left until the police arrived, and I noticed that he uttered the key. I am filing fees for theft, assault and trespassing. Neither owner reacted although they understood what happened to me since I left messages until I called them and then they provided to my locks at a discounted price the estimates I obtained from licensed and bonded companies to two times. They are notorious for this type of behavior not only but amongst other locksmith companies. Less than one star in the negative direction wasn't available. DON'T DO IT...
On duplicating my car key, I called to find an estimate. I was told by dispatch it must be call fee and $65 fee that was primary. I clarified my key was an alarm/chip key and gave her the make/model/year of my vehicle. She stated that"yes, $85 was that the estimate". I clarified again key's type it was asked if there was an extra fee to program it. She promised me it was a part of the price tag. When the technician arrive he asked prior to doing anything. He then told me he needed to charge me make the key. I was not comfortable with this in the event the key did not work. However, I agreed. Invite goodness I clarified that it was the fee and he walked to charge me. He said"no, it is a computer key, it will be 140". I told him. He proceeded to explain it was a costly key and this was a"good deal". When I said he jumped to attempt to convince me it was a deal that was fantastic. When that did not work for him tried to guilt me saying he"drove all the way from Phoenix". I agreed to cover his telephone fee. He was upset with me. A quote is supposed to be near the cost not 75 percent more. They stated that the 65 is the cost for a key not an 22, when I complained to the workplace. I was VERY clear with the person about my key and they never stated the $65 was the possible key. They're currently acting without ethics. If I really do have to pay $140 for a key that is very costly it won't be from them. They had been deceitful and misleading. I will be watching my card announcement closely.
The lock he had opened for me function when I came the next time following his solutions. He didn't check to ensure my lock functioned upon his death.
I advised him that I had been uneasy with the tech taking my advice from the company but also the supervisor simply said he needed to get Matt's side of the story and would call me back.
I locked myself from my apartment once I moved . My telephone was 12% battery life and that I had enough time call the first number recorded and to search locksmith - America's Locksmith Services. The tech managed to let me in to my apartment in a quarter hour and came over the hour. I paid the 119 for his solutions.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They don't protect your data and they are severely overpriced.
When I checked my phone once it had been charged some more I saw this. "Hey. You're beautiful. Want to catch a drink sometime". I had been uncomfortable for the next few weeks since the guy who'd broken into my home for me personally took my private information the company given to ask me.
I called the company (The only line available -"General Inquiries") to inform them about Matt texting me and they said their managers would not be in till Monday. I called Monday and the supervisor said that Matt would never call or contact me again. I stated that the door was busted and the supervisor said that occurs. I stated before they left they should have checked. I also stated that I felt that I should not pay for my services since my advice was lifted by their tech. He said I knew I would have to pay for services and it would not be covered by him. He said I might have someone come to correct the door but might have to pay for that.
BEWARE! My cleaning lady was billed by them $168 to door that is to the home within my garage. The website says $35 for easy unlock This lock is a very simple lock and, I have had the entire house re-keyed earlier at $198. They took advantage of her situations. I called the manager and was initially directed to some manager who speaks in a sweet yet condescending tone. I called back and talked to manager named David. He said he would return to me in one week and seemed to want to look into this over charge, he didn't. I predicted per week plus 3 days and was directed to the exact same condescending assistant manager, David was out. Before he answers me I will continue to follow up with David. But individuals BEWARE. They do not play fair. Double beware if you do not have English as your first language! She was asked by them to get cash so you don't have any credit card recourse to fix complaint or an over charge!
Also extremely overcharged!! I had been told that the starting price to enter my car could be 54. I was billed $148 After the tech finally got to my car about 40 minutes. It took the guy 3 minutes to receive my car unlocked that I could have readily done myself with some blood pressure cuffs. Then I called and they explained it costs! I might have busted a window for less cash than they had cost me. I'm appalled they are running a company like this.
