I posted my review on google, so I won't spend the time re writing it.
Would definitely use them again. I would strongly recommend them to other people too.

A closer look at Am PM revealed the following:

These people are crooks. I predicted on Saturday morning at 8:50 for assistance unlocking a toilet door that has been stuck. They didn't arrive until 10:20 despite repeated calls from me. Every time I was told they would be there in 5 minutes. The repair person who came told me he had just been informed of the call.
It seems there are actually complaints against the company, here is an excerpt from only a Few weeks
In addition to this, they charged me $100 with this service that was fraudulent. Buyer beware!!"

In addition to this, the repair person needed to replaced and told me that the door handle was totally broken. I said I'd have my landlord make the choice since I rent. He came over today and fixed the door.

Bottom line: BUYERS BEWARE
I would like to make a complaint about this business since they are dishonest. I live 20 miles away from the company, but her 1998 car secret broke and I called them since the Locksmith within my area was closed for the weekend. I drove 20 miles since the individual said he could make the key off both pieces I'd of the key. When I got for their Livermore officethey were not able to make the secret so they said they needed to send the secret to San Ramon (which can be just another 10+ miles or so from Livermore. He said he would charge me $40 to remake the secret. The individual said he was going to bill me $70 since they needed to utilize the vin # to create it since he was unable to create the key from the pieces I took him when I called on Monday. I trusted him agreed. I tried it and it did not work, after picking up the secret on Tuesday! I said that it was rather difficult to make the key and called the individual and he said he would charge me $100 more to go to my vehicle to Tracy and make the key. I called the Locksmith and they said the key could be made by them and charge me $5. I took the opportunity, they took 15 minutes to make the key, the secret attempted and IT WORKED! I called the AM PM Locksmith individual back and explained the situation and told him that I had my money back as his key did not work and he didn't cut on the key correctly. He refused and said that he left it up and he spent too much time producing that crucial. I said that when he really believed that was the thing to do, not being honest, then that was fine. I would never go back to the place where they do not guarantee their job and they over charged!"
Scheduled a meeting with the owner his name appeared yesterday confirmed it this morning . I came at 12:00 pm on time to find out he chose to to go do something else without being bothered to let me know. I wasted gasoline and a full hour for nothing. I can not recommend this business. If your worth your time stay away. #NeverAgain

Fast, easy, nice and on a Saturday! Should you need assistance using a lock issue, I urge AMPM Locksmith.
This was simple and fast. I sent a picture out of my lock to our home and took good care of our problem.
This afternoon our bedroom door lock, a little more than 2 years old, decided to not open. Not a terrific way to wake up. Was able to open the door, but the bolt was not being opened by the handle. We called AMPM and were able to fix the lock in under 10 minutes and they came out.

AMPM was the one to be available at the time I stupidly locked my keys inside my car at around 8pm. The rest of the businesses I looked up and called took me to their voicemail. I told AMPM about the situation and said it wasn't a issue, I gave my location to them and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. It took 30-40 minutes so I was pretty upset about that since I was in a hurry. The guy also didn't have a flashlight so he had me hold his cell phone up for mild. The procedure maybe took around 10 minutes. Credit card accepted, have to enter your credit card info to his cell phone. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 is that he was available during hours that nobody was available at. Otherwise, I would have called $100 and another business was pricey.

I had a really bad experience with AM PM locksmith. The technician came and did something to fix the lock which worked for that day. But in less than a week, the lock began having the same issue. These guys provide to originally replace the lock, when called again, I was advised to replace the lock and the cost is $700 which was twice the cost. Called another organization and they correctly fixed the issue in minutes. I wouldn't ever reach out to this business again!!

I only had the service from AMPM Locksmith today. I accidentally locked an interior door inside. I went to the shop talked with Saniya. She had been kind and said she would have someone out to help within 30 minutes. Bill came now! In less than 5 minutes that he had the door open. I'm a happy client and have been awaiting for all of my keys also. Don't waste your time becoming. Proceed to the best and the keys are ensured by them work. This is my go to set when needed.

Excellent Service. Bill arrived within an hour calling on a Sunday afternoon! Not only was able to solve our problem he was pleased to check at another long distance issue we have had with our doors that are rear and managed to fix this within minutes too. Their pricing was on the end of others I predicted to compare. I highly recommend them!

I recently lost a couple of sets of keys....including home keys and most importantly my car keys. They were kind enough to come out to my home and program that the keys so I managed to get to work tomorrow. I was recommended to utilize their services after I got off work, and without recognizing they closed at 6pm I chose in 630. They were ready to work with my busy schedule and it's greatly appreciated. We had a hiccup with my keys I ordered on the internet from a party, but he was consistent to fix the problem. Even though I did not purchase the key fobs from him.
A fantastic experience with AMPM Locksmith, super friendly and willing to work around my own schedule. I would highly suggest them!!
Let's start off by saying I'd highly highly suggest AMPM Locksmith. Provided excellent customer service!!!

A locksmith was needed by me after hours following return from vacation. I called the day before the bus and flying home met with us in the house, got us in fairly quickly. It had been late at night once we arrived so I was happy that he arrived on time and go the task.

Contacted AMPM on Wed if they could make a key for a lock to determine. They asked that I send a photo to decide whether they could earn a key for the lock. They said they could and it would take 1 hour. My wife dropped off it until 2pm and was advised it'd require. But moved at lunch on Friday and the lock had not been worked on by them . The people did not seem to care that they had not done what they said they went to do. I had to wait for them to finish the work, as I wanted the lock.
The reason they are not getting one star was because did function. However, I will definitely find another locksmith time.
They talked to determine what they were going to charge me, As soon as I return to pick the lock up. I pointed out that when I sent the picture to them that the price was $25. They said that seemed low but they would honor it. I was amazed after not finishing the work when they said they would that this was their remark. Because they wasted my time, if anything I would think they would have offered a reduction.

This place is wonderful. It is embarrassing to admit just how many times we have needed the kind people at ampm locksmith to bail us out. Great, honest, and reliable.

Only way I am giving 4 stars is I needed to wait until his son came the machine it would have been 5 stars.
Only had them over as I couldn't get into my car and had lost my car keys. I had bought a spare key from Amazon but hadn't got around to programming it since it was a key that was wise. They came over the hour and he sent his son with a machine that was different and it was programmed inside 5 minutes, although they could not program the car originally.

I needed to get it towed to the dealership, and lost the keys to my Lexus. The AAA tow truck driver recommended I visit ampm locksmith since I could get the keys a couple hundred bucks cheaper. I ordered two keys went into ampm and proceeded on my way. The 1 key every day that I used bankrupt 30 days. The other I managed to utilize, but after 30 days that secret began to fall apart. I started to have issues with my system since that the key and my car could not communicate correctly and it had been creating difficulties with my windows, locks and door, but I do not understand why. Because they're not the real thing, I would suggest not to waste any money on purchasing a brand name automobile key from this business, they're fake. I would go to the dealers and save yourself time and grief. The owner would not reimburse me !

Because we need our business office door available as the keys were locked inside we predicted. We were quoted 160 to unlock the doorway. In half an hour a gentleman started to work at it and showed up. After about 30 minutes it became apparent he didn't possess. He advised us and he called his manager to come to open the doorway. Also his manager shows up and 40 minutes go by, spends about 10-15 minutes and opens the doorway. We're advised that they needed tools and on account of the two-man job, we were responsible for a 300 dollar bill, If it comes time to pay. After describing we were not responsible for the shortage of tools and that failure prepared to fail that the initial associate had they charged because the other individual had to emerge us 220. Honestly, it is horrible due to the simple fact that if we had gotten the manager, at the beginning, we may not have had to cover the 220 and had stuck to the first 160 that has been quoted. If people are going to continue doing business with you I'd make sure it is recognized that the quote could go up due to these conditions cited here, otherwise I'd refrain from saying"It will be 160 to open your door. This is not a way and as a business owner, I discovered this manipulative and underhanded.

I needed a replacement for my Toyota key. I phoned and was told that they could do it at the Concord place. They said they ordered it and had to find the key. They said they would call me and come back to my house. They called even after I ran into the supervisor. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. Finally I called a rival (Fast Keys) did it the following day.

Because the battery on my car crucial went out I arrived to AM PM Locksmith in a panic. Alexis was so quick, kind and helped out me! He gave my women snacks and water while we waited, and also the price was beyond reasonable (a lot less than I was expecting, actually!)

Needed to obtain a key duplicated and this location was super quick. I was literally in and out in two minutes. Super service, great job! I will definitely be back later on and they take a great assortment of auto fobs in additional to locks, etc..

I was in and out in 5 minutes. They minding the battery life took my key life, and gave me my key back fast. Perfect for me, I have places to go. Cost was $10.85. . .not sure so you pick if this is cheap or expensive. Also not sure if price is based on the model and make of your vehicle.
Yelp find. My car battery was dying on me I came here in order to get it changed out. Found this place on yelp when I did a search. It's location is convenient being that it's on the street, but if you're driving on Crow Canyon coming from the freeway and going towards Alcosta, you are going to have to make a u-turn.
I'd love to add a note in their customer service. I suggest going somewhere else if you're looking for a place that's going to talk with you, grin, or get to know you then. The man who helped me, BJ, partake or didn't grin in little talk. He was too and lead the point, which was fine with me. I have another car key that needs a new battery since they got the job done and 24, so I come back.
