Buyer Beware! My advice is to go somewhere else if possible.
Do not go here. Last October, had an emergency service. The lock worked very well. Now it does not work! I called to find repair service, and they claimed only a 30 day warrantee. Locks will need to work a lot longer than 30 days! I'm not outside +$300.

DO NOT visit this location. They are a rip-off first and for most. Two collections of locks, service charges,hidden charges, labor etc....$400+. The customer service is a number of the worst I have ever addressed. Among the locks was not so I called them to have a tech come back out to repair it. The woman I talked to said she would need to look over my paperwork and phone me back. She never did. I called the next day to which I was told that their manager would have to provide approval to come out. I had why Pilsner come to repair the problem? If I could that place a zero I'd...

The tech came to substitute my lock with an old and secondhand lock, claimed it's new lock and charged that lock for $125.00 plus service charges. I discovered it's a lock, he still insisted on telling me it's a brand new one. I called this company, but I was told by lady that I must manage this tech. I guess the company is an agent and it hires a few people on street to do the support. I don't feel comfortable to take care of a individual truth, although I allow the tech finish the job with a lock.

This really is the worst experience ever with a lock support. I was locked out of the condo. I made an appointment for next day lock services. It took 5 min to him to open the doorway. Nothing is hard or special. But he costs me $185. The shows: Service Fee $35, Emergency Service $75, HOL $65. If this is a charge for 5 min services you can judge.
