Came to this place because my fob would not lock and only unlocked. The guy working there tried to mend it reprogrammed the fob, but it turns out it was my door. The lock system was not working correctly. He had been nice enough to go outside and try it but to no avail. He did take the opportunity to go outdoors and give it a shot and I love that.

Extremely frustrated and angry. I brought the secret to the kiosk to have the battery changed to my Mercedes. I asked the individual working if he'd experience and he explained. I know he was being dishonest. I stood there watching him pry my fob to get to the battery. In the process of him disassembling the fob there dropped a small parts onto his work area. He gathered my money and attempted to put the fob back together, gave me it and also replaced the battery. When I inspected the fob, the release for my valet key fell from the home. I showed worker the plastic bit could remain in. He spent some time attempting to repair the issue without success. He acknowledged that he irreversibly ruined my key (that will cost me $200-300 to replace). Then he asked what I needed to do. I said I needed my money back and he agreed to give it back to me but said he would first have to take the battery back he supplied (unbelievable). I looked up a YouTube video on replacing these batteries and discovered no tools are required to remove the cover and the fob does NOT need to be disassembled. So clearly the individual working didn't have any experience with this type of key, regardless of his claim before destroying my crucial. Furthermore he provided me no compensation for the harm he'd done and once I asked for my money back he had the nerve to also take back his button battery which cost him a few dollars that's nothing in comparison with the cost I will finally have keep to replace my broken key. Lesson learned. I will never do business at this location. Buyer beware.
