I had to change of the locks. Avi came within an hour and was productive and quick. Super nice guy.
I never write reviews but think clients should be warned. I locked the keys. I phoned ASAP gave them the year, make and model of my car and was quoted $60 to get them . I consented, however when the tech arrived he said it would be $150 because of power windows rather than manual and the need to utilize a air driven system to open the door ( B.S.) And to insult I was asked if I could pay in cash rather than card since of the machine was down. Absolutely not!!! Furthermore I'm not paying $150. The tech and me went back and on he offered to do it. I called the office where I explained the situation and obtained the quote and was put on hold. The tech started using a conversation via text that I suspect was with the workplace since and getting 10 minutes. She returned to describe because they didn't know the year and make of their car. I asked her to describe why could he be asking me to get cash because their machines is down and she said. I called another firm on speaker phone and gave them the specific same facts about the car in addition. Also clarified what present technician of need for air driven machine to start told to me. I was told using this machine is standard and it would be $60 when they came out it would take about an hour since they are busy. At this point my tech said he would do it for $80. I advised him that would be fine but I do not have cash then guess what occurred???? He said"hello I have a program (square) on the company mobile phone where we could charge your card out in the field, I forgot about that." I phone B.S. but a hour into this I simply need my door open so I can return to work. I paid $80 to those crooks that were fraudulent.
Sean was great! Fixed the lock quickly and was really friendly. A bit pricey at $125 for the bump, but it's going to be incentive for us to not lock out again!
