Went in on my lunch hour and the FOB was programmed and analyzed within 10 minutes. No muss, no fuss. Pricing in comparison with your dealership. Will definitely use them again.
This is my try with this location and that I had been really satisfied with their service. Needed an FOB for a car I recently bought.

Takes days to do this. If they were trading as asbury locksmith, service was excellent. Since then disappointed.

If you require a lock do not call them. Sent them 3 times over NOTHING and a 2 week period a work order. No contact at all, no coming out to fix the lock but crickets. Was even awarded the owners email to send the email 3 times and followed up by telephone. A customer shouldn't have to work so tough to get a company. These people do not care about your business. God Bless, if they're doing well that they don't need anymore business that is great for them. They do not give a damn.

Since shifting owners Ms. Asbury has dropped all their reputation. I have been calling for weeks... every time they say they will be . Well tomorrow never arrived for 6 WEEKS!!! I try to encourage local but this is absurd.

Awesome service. We'lost' both sets and after a week of searching the house we caved and we needed keys. I discovered this business on Yelp and called. They immediately gave me a quotation came to my house in a hour to give me a new key and program it from my garage. Their price was also way better than the trader option. Thank you!!!

To Jim possibly he was taking out his anger from an experience with a different South-Asian customer or just his frustration from the day's job, but to me, this experience once again reminded me how difficult it's to do simple tasks (actually making a copy of one's car key) while not being white. He made us feel like he hated us so much that he would rather take the monetary loss of one trade then spend his time dealing with"immigrants" (quotations because my family are U.S. taxpayers -my parents have lived here for 28 years, and for me personally the whole 22 years of my life).
I asked if Jim treated everybody who didn't look like this way and also the women at the counter did not answer and looked down.
When we tried to cover, my dad asked if he would charge the same price since he was just able to cut the key, not program the remote (admittedly our error ). That is when he EXPLODED. He started yelling at us, calling us economical, telling us to leave his shop, and that he wouldn't do business. He never answered the question and refused to take our money when we tried to pay whole price several times. He keep telling us to escape his shop/face and coped with different customers and dismissed us. We kept asking what we did wrong and what the issue was. As a reply either he would shout at us to leave or another workers would look embarrassingly down at the floor and say"you need to ask Jim".
I only had the worst experience I have ever had with a company proprietor. Ruined my day. It is important that the reader understands that I am a Bangladesh American. I speak with an American accent but look Bangladeshi.
Keep in mind, there were two other groups of customers (all white males in both classes ), and he talked to them normally (different tone of voice, made eye contact, treated them like human beings).
When he came back he handed us two keys (one had been his shop's remote that engineered into our car and another was the key that we bought from Amazon). I think his goal was to show us that the remote was faulty about the vital set that'd brought in and that one of his keys would work with the automobile (showing us that our product was faulty and not his job ). He clarified or never stated. He slid these across the counter into us barked vague/rude replies for all of the questions we asked.
The proprietor was really rude right. He response our greeting or did not say hi. He would not look at us when he didn't answer some of our questions and talked to us. Without saying anything to us, the proprietor and one of the other workers ( a young guy ) who we had handed the key started programming our crucial, walked out the back/side doorway and entered our vehicle. He walked into the shop a few occasions and never looking at us complained that he coudn't program the remote because we bought"china shit" online. Was it the wrong type of remote for your car? He would not answer, or perhaps look at us. After we requested a few times, he explained different frequency as he walked out the door.
Extremely disappointed and upset. I'd much happier if he handled us how he handled the remainder of his customers and had charged us extra.
I had to create an excess key for my 2014 Camry. I called locksmiths and ordered a remote and asked what the rates would be and if they would be willing to program the key. Asbury-Ms Locksmithing provided the very best rate and was located near me so that I happily took my original keys and the key to get it cut, processor programmed, and remote programmed. When I walked I informed that the woman that I was the person who'd called previously and was here to get my key made. I did not think much of it before the next 20 minutes, although she seemed surprised that I had been the person on the telephone.

Left my door lock once done was told they inquired if they can remain open a couple of minutes later shut at 5pm SHARP and was told no. Arrived at 4:50 and they have been closed. Awful experience.

Got a copy for my vehicle. The ceremony was great. Key is functional. As an Asian I did not believe the"racial issue" since the 1 start post clarified. They do not speak a whole lot but were friendly. The service was quick and the price was fair.

This place is horrible. The mechanic Outsource this locksmith I paid $740. Okay fine I'm sure the dealer would charge longer. I go to pick up the car the ignition functions but I can't unlock the door or lock the door. So I told the mechanic they sent the locksmith back and then when I go pick up the car they want to charge me another $50 if the job should have been done correct at the first place okay nice I paid it today the trunk won't open. I told the mechanic I will take the locksmith my car and explain. Will be here, when I get there an old woman tells me return at 12 someone. Come Back 2 hours afterwards explain the situation to the gentleman he said he worked on the car and he's nothing to do with the trunk. I told him that the key use a trunk it not work? He goes spray some WD-40 to the entire is broke it need to be programmed. He then tells me return at 8:30 a.m. another day so the owner can schedule it. He worked on the car the trunk can be easily programmed by him. He obviously didn't feel like doing it. That is what $840 get you. Horrible workmanship that is bad and customer service. Stay away.

Needed a replacement key and remote start for my 2012 Acadia. Quick, service that is easy and dealers that are even less than the GMC.

Give them a shot. They know what they're doing.
Been using these guys for awhile and must say they are pretty great. Pricing is normal always get my keys copied in time organized and I enjoy the fact it's a business which is quite rare to come across. Plus they have been here for quite a while.

Great service at price that is excellent. Got a couple of keys cut and designed for my vehicle, very speedy service.

Since I had been sold the car with only one 22, brought my Mitsubishi car to these men to get a key. After a couple of hiccups with difficulty programming the new key, I left a very happy client! Quality service, good prices and great people! I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you!

There's a few instances in life where you come across good people, especially while doing business... With that being said, they could come help me in my time of need.
I lost my car key, acquiring reset my car and a Lexus made it somewhat difficult to find someone to replace the transponder, what was better was that I was come to by them. It did not take long & he's got a complete service box truck / shop.
The price was fantastic, and he was able to replace batteries in my important instances .
A+++ service & would certainly use them when needing!

My 2006 Honda Accord secrets broke. The dealer wanted to charge me $175 for one key that was new. These guys replaced and reprogrammed my key. I couldn't be happier. It took about 15 minutes to complete and that I was in my way. Highly recommended!!!

A HUGE thank you James, for the owner, for making an situation a one. He came within 10 minutes (it was raining and 10 PM so you can imagine how miserable I was), charged me A LOT LESS than I was billed previously by other locksmiths, & in addition to that, he threw in an excess service-free of charge! Suffice it to state his firm stands out!

When I have issues with locks or keys I urge them and would definitely call them.
I was very impressed. They came the same day that I replaced 2 locks and called. The work is excellent and was reasonably priced.

Extremely customer service at the store. Find some key rings and I arrived to get duplicates of keys. The store is small and the door has a bell on it to alert them when somebody comes in, so there was no excuse for this. I stood at the counter and still no response. A worker came to the counter to complete a form and said nothing. I then overhear another worker say"Doesn't that woman need assistance?" She responds in a snarky voice"I really don't know. I'm busy". Now I left the items I left and picked on the counter. I will never use their services.

What a surprise! Cutting edge technological alternatives shake-of-the-hand-style customer services, with old school. I bought a used SAAB 9-3 convertible in a price that was fantastic but it only had one crucial. I drove it home and parked it into my parking spot as a snow storm struck. I moved the car that was the last time off and as I was snow. Many internet searches resulted in a common statement -"You're! @#! #ed" The only hope lived in my carrying a unit out from my car and sending it into Europe in order to receive an integral back at an exorbitant cost; this is until I ran around Asbury-MS. I had Jamie to describe every step of the procedure, although I still had to send the unit into Asbury. It was made by my key at a very reasonable price quite quickly to me. He turned me on to a Massachusetts locksmith to get a distant key made to fortify. Now, this is where the above and old college customer service comes in. The key worked flawlessly but I sometimes would find a"Key Not Accepted" message. The issue was immediately realized by jamie. It had to due with Jamie's recommended fix and an antenna did the job. He know's his stuff! It's my interpretation of his actions rather than being so worried about making a quick buck, but rather building a long term relationship. An experience!

Speedy response and quick work, for breaking in my bedroom reasonable cost.
