After searching for my car keys for hours I eventually decided to do my research & call up a few places & this was the only location where the guy was ready to pay... $200 for two keys or one key for $165 Can't beat this! All the places I called tried to bill me 325 for 1 key for a single key and 425 together with fob. . The guy was here within 20mins. . Thank you again

Got locked out of my flat and made the error of choosing Brunswick Local Locksmith to assist me. The red flag was that the site clearly says 15 percent off your lockout while those on the telephone tried to convince me that it's only 5 percent.
The representative I had been assigned was unprofessional. He did not let me know that it was not ensured I'd get in and tried two ways to open the doorway. He said that the third way would cause damage to the doorway. I am renting so obviously, this wasn't possible.
I ended up making a visit to catch my spare key Once I paid a ridiculous amount of money for NOT getting into my flat. Once I returnedI discovered that the door was jammed and not my spare key will open it. Certainly, the doorway was ruined by the locksmith and we discovered that the box strike plate was completely dented when I had I am helped by a maintenance group. In addition, a lot of paint was chipped off the doorway, and there is currently a gap even when the door is fully closed.
Avoid to salvage your psychological wellbeing and your bank accounts.
So, I paid an astronomical cost which my building had to mend themselves, along with not having my problem resolved. The receipt states that I paid on the basis of being fully satisfied with the support that's evidently NOT the situation.

Avoid preventing at any cost.
If possible, would give zero. Couldn't complete a mailbox lock switch leaving the mailbox free of lock and open. Then they tried to shake me down.
I stated I'd pay upon finishing the job. The employee murdered using every name possible, threaten me with violence, then spat on me as he drove ! I am in shock.
My life's worst consumer experience. It was essentially attack. Cannot believe they are running a business.

Needed locksmith to unlocked non deadbolt door after being locked outside, connecting garage to kitchen. John was rude and brief over the phone and quoted us $15 to appear and total depending on amount of work needed to open the doorway. He showed up on time and. Switch and bait strategies. Business takes too much benefit of people in need.
Update: Manager/owner predicted up and agreed to honor cost that is added. Service was prompt and direction is responsive.

Until the next day once the tech came to do the work, he advised my husband a very different price (way more expensive than what I had been told). I had him call the gentleman I spoke with the night before and that he denied what I said and agreed with the tech. Because he was there, my husband had him do the work. Us charged almost $500 to replace locks 3 doors which I have come to figure out was totally overpriced. I totally lied to and felt like we had been taken advantage of. The work they did was fine, but I was extremely disappointed and would never use them again.
When I called this company I was quite impressed. When we moved in, fresh locks were needed by me in my home. . I called them, they gave me a great quote for your work, answered immediately, and place up an appt for the moment. I was delighted with the price along with the responsiveness.

Robert was the technician for us. It was very easy to schedule the appointment solving our problems with the door and Robert went above and beyond. Great service and will probably be our move to men if locksmith services are needed by us again. I highly recommend their services. Price was fair.

It's great that they are available to assist you, however as others have found, once on site you will receive an exorbitant estimate that does not align with the over the phone quotation. I know that the problem described over the telephone may differ from the actual issue, but I was able to find a locksmith to solve my issue in roughly 2/3 significantly less than what the locksmith out of this business quoted me.

Legit! I've never written a yelp inspection, so I am making it a point to rate this 5 stars. When he said he was super friendly, would and did his job, the technician, mike, came immediately. I had a replacement within 20 minutes, on web site, and he even said he wouldn't charge me the tax. It was $150, as the standard for transponder car keys are and they accept charge card. Extremely pleased quick and easy. So so glad I chose that over the others!

Locked my keys in my house at 7pm on a Friday night. My call was answered. The tech, Robert, was a straight shooter - once I told him how long it would take him to get to my property and exactly what kind of locks were on the doorway, '' he explained the cost of getting me back into my house. In a desperate situation, I appreciated the honesty and not being ripped off.

I secured me keys of my car. I called this number based on it's great testimonials on yelp. I didn't have the greatest on site expertise, which wasn't at fault. But after speaking with the owner of the company the situation has been fixed, sounds like they really cares about his customers and them with a fantastic experience. I do not lock my keys in my car. Thanks.

I need to provide mike five stars. I needed a locksmith desperately and locked myself from my home. I browsed yelp and found Mike had good reviewsI gave a call to him. He was at my home within 25 minutes, exactly the time google maps stated it'd require him to get into my House. Very happy he arrived because of my situation. The door opened . He was cautious about the potential damage to the door, thus multiple procedures tried to open the door. I really do have some indents in the door frame but I guess I can not complain considering he arrived and was able to open the door. He gave some sound advice to stop this from happening again. We had a family crisis - we needed and household member was hurried to the hospital to ICU access for their residence, and at a price that is affordable! Spoke to that he and David had someone out there right off Other businesses near Red Bank - gave prices that were very suspicious to us. They gained access and replaced the deadbolt the apartment. If I need a locksmith again - this corporation is going to be the ONLY one we use

I'd have given these men no stars if I can.They concealed the exact cost of an extremely modest endeavor to unlock my flat and charged me $185 for an extremely modest job that didn't last 10mins. They will absolutely take advantage of your situation. Absolutely cost. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM

I wish they can be given negative ratings by me. This is a scam. I got locked out of my vehicle and based on the good reviews on yelp, I phoned this company. Girl on the phone was offered $15 for labour and service charges starting at $35 and specialist. I was told technician will arrive at 20 min. The man advised me complete cost will be $169 and showed up in 1 hr. This is outrageous. I had no other alternative and waited for an hour, so that I agreed to cover. He utilized regular wire and BP cuff to unlock the car that is to unlocking standard way. It took the man two minutes to open the car and $169 for it charged. I cant believe other people rated this provider so high. TOTAL SCAM.

These guys were simply used by me for the second time - I had two locks that needed to be altered, a single back and one door. The options of locks were pleasant and they did an outstanding job. Mike is quite professional and unfamiliar I'll return for any locksmith requirements. Cheap and Neighborhood - test them out.

Brunswick Local Locksmith provides service. I rushed to an evening event that didn't get out before 10pm. It was then I noticed that I couldn't find my keys. I'd locked them in the automobile that was trying to say the least. I called Brunswick Local, they showed up within 10 minutes, and I had been on my merry way.
