I had been locked out of my flat, and there was no additional help other than to phone an expert locksmith business. Jack and his staff are highly responsive and professional. This is my first time dealing with them, and I am impressed with the overall service delivery. When I gave a call to the company, I had been expecting good value for money. And that is what Jack provided. Yes, the price is fair enough for such a ceremony. I would recommend this company anytime, Should you want a professional company that will respond to your needs. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this enterprise. I was quoted a price of $19.99 for the service cost and $19.99 to rekey my front door lock. I received 4 phone calls 30 minutes ahead of the appointment by a technician saying he would arrive 30 minutes. The phone call was unprofessional saying, he hoped I realized that the price would not be that I need to only go to Home Depot and what I was quoted and do the job myself. I will also be submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this was clearly a case of bate and switch.

Literally billed me $182 to get a simple lockout at my property. I picked the closes locksmith to my home (under a mile) and you are going to charge almost $200 and suggest a tip? Gtfo. I used another locksmith to completely change the locks in my doorway (not only unlock it, but alter it out for new ones) and he spent a whole lot longer time (maybe not the two seconds it took you) and I paid for it. You took advantage of a girl locked from her property and short on time. Ridiculous price.

Mike is a great individual, he arrived to re-key my car door lock whenever I want a locksmith I know who to phone, The service was fast and professional, since I lost one of those keys.
