B & P Locksmith

I made the choice today of calling these folks for service. I had to have a new one and dropped my key. I waited for an hour for a tech and was told 139 dollars. I called back when he didn't show and was put on hold. Eventually 45 minutes after phoning for help a tech claims 300 and shows up and a full hour is currently the cost. I said no, so that he attempted negotiating . No price which I would agree on and he was becoming upset. Then there came a store clerk out to let me know they found my crucial. Praise God because I was not going to cover the price he asked. I told the tech that he then threatens to call the authorities if I do not pay 50 for his time to come out to him and I would not need his services. After picking up my key from the 15, I didn't cover it left.

These people are tear offs Sent someone out to do a lock me and pulled it up and lost the pieces and said he could not mend it and took off.Left me there with no lock on the front door. Went to no response and call and got hung upon. Someone called and it was fromWyoming. Told me they would straighten out this. No response Had to puta door lock myself briefly so nobody would split in. I see it is a tire place. These people need to get reported.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH!!! I called this company to get an estimate for rekeying the outside doors of the 25, when we moved to our new home in April. Depending on the estimate given over the telephone for rekeying 5 doors I expected to cover $100-125. After the technician arrived we discussed the work to be done and walked through the home. After completing the project, I was presented by the tech with a bill for nearly $600!!! I was in absolute shock! He had done, when I contested the fees he had all kinds of explanations of extra work. None of which he had discussed with me. He also changed our brushed nickel lever handles and replaced them with brass knobs that are cheap - which he billed me $95 a piece for, PLUS the cost of keying each of them!!! I was He maintained arguing that the work was done and I owed him the money and spoke broken English and I would have to telephone the office. I paid in order for him to leave. Then it got I tried calling the company to discuss the charges. The amount listed is a number. I was moved by them to a third party customer service who told me that a supervisor would call me . Answer my questions or Nobody would even start to discuss the fees. I had been put on hold, told someone would call me (they NEVER did), and blatantly hung up on over and over again! The worst customer service possible. This firm is a total fraud! I had been overcharged and received poor quality materials that I never asked for in the first location. There's NO accountability and NO customer service. I had been lied to, yelled at, and hung on. They're crooks!
