The lock on our doors were broken and that I thought we may need locks. I made an appointment. Ramos helped me a couple weeks ago. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He checked the guards and he managed to repair the issue without replacing a lock! He also replaced the other doorknob it won't interfere with the display door closure. He mended them, found a few issues and went the excess mile check each of the keys and locks thru our house. Ramos was very patient and that he is extremely skilled. Great services!

In November a locksmith changed the locks and came out into the house. She worked into the evening and did a wonderful job. When I realized I had left my key the same girl came up into the house, and let me in. When I attempted to pay her, she would not take my money. She's a angel in my own book. She left me with a key. Great!

They were friendly, very helpful, and fast. Just the type of small company that is a pleasure to deal with. Don't fight with inferior and crowds service--go here!
I can't thank those guys enough. Thought I'd lost a crucial key and was panicking. Found it by chance and headed to Get A B1. They left three copies for me (cheap peace of mind) and informed me onto a lubricant for a stubborn pair of locks on my cartop carrier. Relief.

Best service in town. I had been helped (double ) by Gerome. He also fixed. Their rates are the very best in town. They are really knowledgeable and extremely professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a locksmith in Santa Fe.

Bad, surly, and incompetent. Proceed here if you just need a key created. Anything else- No! I called about eliminating a mortise lock, they asked for photos and I sent them. He said they'd call. I phoned them two, but nobody there knew anything about that lock. I took it and finally got it out, they thought that day it would be rekeyed. I moved to pick it up when it wasn't fixed by 3:30, and they messed around for a half an hour. Then I took it into Territorial Lock- ! Territorial saved me in a night alone. This old lady is angry in AB1, and very thankful to Territorial.

After another locksmith couldn't do it, I brought AB-1 a job. I wound up with exactly what I came in for -- they took time and effort to satisfy the customer and also to do"what's right" even locating an outsite vendor to help them do it. They did not have to do exactly what they did, but they did, and I was grateful. I can't recommend them more highly.

For approximately 30 minutes of time and $40, it was a pretty good deal. I was worried at first due to all the horror stories I read about people waiting for hours and then their car needed to be all smashed up to get in.
When I explained what happened, the guy over the phone was abrasive since he kept asking if there was a change or manual discharge in my car that could open the 42, and that I could hear his impatience. In order to reach it I want to have although I attempted to tell him yes. He then explained that if they attempted to get into my car and the trunk release was linked to the car battery, the alarm going off will lock us from opening the trunk and then they would have to perform some serious breaking to get into the trunk.
I locked my keys in the trunk of my car and also A B1 was the first place I predicted since somebody recommended me.
This occurred first in the morning and the technician was able to return to where I was in about 20 minutes (their regular business hours had just started). They attempted to use their hook but because of the layout it was hard to get to it so instead they were able to reach down and grab the trunk release lever. The alarm went off but the trunk opened and I was able to receive my keys.

Enterprise runs. I needed to get my laser cut and the support was supplied by them . I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. They were very friendly in what I was attempting to get done in helping me out. They had been debating amongst themselves. You know when they treat you like this you have gone to the ideal place. Continue the fantastic work guys.

Nothing to complain about after 10 decades of using their solutions. I've had three houses and they do the best job
For the lowest prices. I've had created by them and they re cut it no questions when I ever had a problem with any key. Additionally, I've had import and custom automobiles (with codes) and motorcycles re keyed by them with never a problem. But it was found by these guys and cut on a dupe. Also they have some excellent safes and installation service. Another man? I've never been able to enter his store since it's always shut.

What a fantastic business and what a super service technician! AB1 about locking my keys in my 18, where open and honest on the phone once I called. They gave me an very affordable price estimate and an expected time to coming, both were much better than expected. Eddie, the technician, came sooner than promised, he was professional, fine, and very proficient and competent. Hope to never have them need to drive all of the way to Camel Rock for me but if I lock myself from my truck I will be calling AB1 and again requesting Eddie Cassidy to come rescue me.

Very impressed with the friendliness and Support of AB1 Locksmith Service! I went into their store to duplicate a few keys and recommend them -- friendly, honestpeople -- and prices fair!

The result of the little match of this guy is we must wait till Monday - another two days - to get our locks changed, so we must devote the weekend trusting some stranger doesn't walk in to our house.
I must state the dispatcher was great. I believe he was being caught in the middle of it and embarrassed by this absurdity. The manager/technician probably just needed to get off early on Friday afternoon, and instead of being honest and professional about it, he and I played with for a fool. Whoever owns AB1 should rethink who he has got managing his business...
Had the experience. My husband left his keys at the mailbox, and someone took them. That was Tuesday. We waited trusting those took them would reunite them. Didn't occur. So we are pretty uptight about somebody from our neighborhood, having keys to our house.
We've had zillions of painters, delivery individuals, plumbers, and landscapers arrive at the home. It could't be simpler or easier.
I called there was 1 A B Friday. On Friday I got a call from the dispatcher stating the technician was parked in the front of our house. Except he wasn't... A lengthy series of telephone calls between the dispatcher and me, and the dispatcher and the technician (who I'm told was the store manager) took place. The man kept saying he had been in front of our house. That was simply not true. I opened the garage door and stood out from the cold for the better part of an hour awaiting this locksmith that was lost, so that I really could flag down him once he passed. I might need to phone another locksmith and had to call the dispatcher and tell him I cancelled.

Did a fantastic job duplicating. Fast and reasonable. Parking.

On Saturday, October 4th at 4:45pmI phoned AB-1 Locksmiths and requested urgent service to start a locked home office which has no key. Said that he would arrive at my house between 7pm and 6pm and open the lock. I gave him my address and telephone number and told him we would be awaiting him.
This experience revealed the lack of professionalism and client services of AB-1.
I called and left a message, and again at 8:45pm and 10pm. My calls weren't returned. On Sunday, October 5th, I phoned again at 8:30am and my call wasn't returned.
If they finally called me at 9:30am (16 hours following my first call), the guy on the phone was gruff once again, and barely apologetic.

There was A B1 unable to provide a technician on this short note nevertheless they arranged to have somebody show up. Great service, I'd rely on them and they are highly recommended by me.

This review is very simple to write.
The entire procedure to get a secret lasted all of 2 minutes and was painless and simple. I gave the employee the keys that I needed copies of and he came back with the 2 keys. The price was nearly $6 with tax for both--perhaps expensive--but I don't have much frame of reference and hell, I will pay extra to avoid stepping foot in a WalMart any evening of the week.
I'd be back if ever in need of keys.

Eventually we got my car key duplicated to the sterile I'd brought.
The price was lower than expected and I appreciate your patience and your kindness. Thank you Martin!
My Kia key was taken by me in the key code and to get replicated that the Kia dealership gave me wasn't working .

I predicted AB1's crisis 24 lockout number on Thursday at. I operate a B&B and has been locked out of my own kitchen. I got a call on Saturday morning at 11am. A weak apology the on call individual wasn't available. You never want them less than 3 days notice. They deserve no celebrities but yelp needs at least .
