Substitute locksets had been keyed up by kevin for my jeep doors.
Completed the job and create a new key for jeep.
I'll be taking my things there. It is abit of a hike, but it's done well.

You drive like an ass. I was nearly hit by one of your trucks on 495. You're tailgating, speeding, driving from the lanes. I had to swerve when you jumped across two lanes, out of a lane change I had signaled. If that's how you drive, I imagine your job is as slipshod and inconsiderate.

First shop visit. The grooves were obviously on the side, although 5 minutes had two keys. Guy takes keys back 2 keys.
Needed a couple straightforward keys cut. Went Newington Rd location, to closer. 2 weeks, 4 excursions, 7 important blanks later I received my money back and went to the shop in Springfield Plz. 1 stop, ideal duplicate.
Keys trie and cannot get them to do the job. Only 1 of 4 locks, although hour and a few afterwards has got the 1 key to work with jiggling.
Finally wise up, get my money back (guy needs help with this as well), and visit Springfield Plaza.
2 weeks after I go back. Guy cuts key. I get home and see key is missing cuts. Go back. 2 more keys are cut by guy.
Have done business at Springfield plaza location prior to but location was closer. Lesson learned.
Get house keys don't work.
Secrets and home will not work. Won't even go in slot. With wiggling I will get 1 key to work 1 of 4 same-keyed locks.
Explain situation. Guy says trimming key shouldn't be a problem. Cuts key. Key works like original.

I would, if I could provide a half star. I left a message and got an answering machine. The identical thing happened but I figured so tried them things may have improved. Being stubborn, I called again and got a man. I explained my needs and was encouraged that the girl repeated my request accurately and asked questions. The technology could not come for many days but this was fine. He did not have the hardware he needed when he came, nor could he do exactly what they had consented. We discussed what could be done, which increased the cost significantly, and I agreed. The technician agreed to call me back when he had a last estimate along with the hardware. He called. I called to cancel all. Of course, they did not answer and I needed to leave a message. I assume as I have not heard anything they got it and did not care. This company won't ever attempt again.

Outstanding service!!! Extremely friendly! I went back to have the right key made and had the key made and they refunded my mistake. Highly recommend!

Took a jammed lock (in the front entrance of our home) to their shop. The daughter of my gf crammed plants, metal, and God knows what else to it when she had been locked out. We could not fix it so we brought it in and snapped. Service was friendly, quick, affordable, timely. The worker made the repair that a priority and we were on our way in less than 30mins. He could've charged more for all the time it took. Highly recommend according to our expertise. Will return if her daughter does something really stupid again:)

My husband and I went on to look at locks for our door that was garage. We went to Baldino because we were looking for a specialty lock. I am shocked and angry at our experience at the store. The salesperson was unpleasant, rude and lively. He was demeaning. No customer deserves that kind of treatment and that I can't believe it happened. I certainly won't recommend it to others and will never patronize this establishment.

We used the locks to be changed by Baldino's . Our Locksmith Larry installed 4 locks (such as a top of the line digital version ) without any issues and was able to adapt several on the spot asks. Highly recommend!

They had availability within two weeks of my telephone. The locksmith that came out was kind and did not install stuff I thought I needed but did not. He worked effectively and that which was clean when he left. This is a reliable service.

Simplest Transaction ever. Went for a custom car key replica, Home Depot and other places would not do it. They did it so fast and simple, and it works just fine! Will be heading for all Key requirements. Recommend 4sure.
