I would do this without hesitation, if it were possible for me to place no stars. I used them for services. I won't get into all the particulars, but I had several issues, including quality of support, the pricing, and customer service, and it could make sense to voice those issues to the firm. I have been on hold for literally over one hour, hung up on, called and left messages (to not be returned), spoke with managers directly (like a person of highest authority), and my worries were not only dismissed, but I was told basically they do not care and won't address it. I was yelled at by a manager. I have been treated poorly and haven't had this experience before with any firm, although I do not normally write reviews and whine. So, I don't have any reservations in saying you should avoid this company.
