Bob assisted me swap out my locks after my tenants moved out. He took nearly 10 minutes to do the job for a fair price and had been kind to bend his hours to accommodate my program. In addition, he fixed the loose manage while he was at it.

Bob showed up and'fast as a whistle' fixed not the offending deadbolt but checked the other locks round the home for me. Thank you Ballard Lock and Key!

Bob assisted re-key some of my deadbolts lately, and the whole transaction could not be smoother. He arrived promptly in his time window, and had all of the tools needed for the task at the rear of a well organized van. He took a quick look at what he worked with, before you knew it the home was rekeyed, and fetched a few tools! The only question he had for me was the amount of keys I needed.

Went into the store to get new locks rekeyed and had a superb experience. Fantastic instant and service. Locks are now set up and the keys work great. Highly recommended!

All three times, did their job without any delay and they were here in a manner that is timely. I strongly advise using Ballard Lock & Key for any home, business, or automobile lock associated demands.

Came home from Home Depot with a keypad lock only to find that I couldn't use it to replace my door hardware.

I could have drilled holes in my door and frame... but thenI thought,"wait a moment. I have got a five star locksmith down the road that will do so better and faster than I would." I called if they opened at 10am, and that I had a man installing 90 minutes after to a lock. Cost was fair, service was fine, and today it's done, instead of"maybe I will get to it this weekend."

Called to determine just how much it would cost and if they could re-key my house. Price was fantastic, Bob showed up 90 minutes later and has been done 30 minutes afterwards. Incredibly fast, knowledgeable and a super nice guy who's clearly passionate about his business. This is my go to from now on. Thank you Bob.

I phoned this company to assist me if my boyfriend locked the keys in down town Ballard in my vehicle. I phoned him and he said he would come down. He then asked me if I'd be paying cash or credit. I stated credit because I do not have cash on me. He then said cash was better and I should go find an ATM. Really?? Um. . I really don't know Ballard well and you want me to go wander around for an ATM? Nope. He spoke to my boyfriend and dismissed me, once he arrived. He then began asking me questions If my boyfriend was of no help because it wasn't his vehicle. He was condescending and rude since I did not know the technical terms he was using. If I had gotten cash he asked and I said no which he then berated me for. Terrible owner company that is terrible.

Ballard Lock and Key is Amazing. I called them today to receive my house locks. Bob came this day and cared for both doors in almost no time. And he provided me. The price was very fair. Bob is friendly and very personable. And once he found that the we have cats out he showed me pictures of his cats. He is an animal lover also. If I want these kinds of services in the future I would not call anybody except Ballard Lock and Key. I would highly recommend them.

I usually don't write reviews but had a really good experience together. We had been locked out and utilized another individual in the emergent situation. Big mistake! We were pretty certain this other individual screwed our locks up . Bob was able to repair it in moments and arrived by super short note. We will definitely use them

Robbie took less than an hour to show up, chose an upside-down lock in under three minutes. I had been surprised at the fee. I'll definately call Key and Ballard Lock again!! Thank you everybody!!!
My roommate locked his keys at our property in his area. To top it off the homeowner place the doors on backwards and upside-down, making it impossible to jimmy the door open using a charge card. He needed to be pretty soon and each of his keys had been on that keychain! I heard about Key and Ballard Lock in my place of employment. . .all positive. We live in Shoreline near the exit/onramp that is 145th. I called Robbie, the owner and he said that he had been up north and requested if a hour be too long to wait. I said no, not in all. My roommate called another locksmith situated near to us and was advised it would be a couple of hours. I said they came and I already called Ballard Lock and Key.

This place saved! I locked my keys with my baby too, and they came with a grin and immediately to save us. Thank you!
