The ceremony was great. The clerk on the floor has been able to direct me straight and approached me. The clerk at the register was friendly and helped me pack my belongings in the most effective manner in order that my walk home would be easier.
- They have the most wonderful selection of sink stoppers, which is well worth by itself. Seriously, is a part of sink stoppers.
- They also have a fantastic assortment of cleaning candles and supplies.
I went back and the clerk had set it aside and that I had no difficulty picking up it. This is a superb way to build customer loyalty!
Thank you, Basics Plus!
I'm glad this shop is really close! I'm now setting up a place that is new, and that I managed to discover a whole lot here.
I have no complaints (though I haven't tried returning anything that appears to be the issue for the majority of yelpers). The rates are low but they are fair.
- I got trash cans that are air tight but super small - exactly what I was looking for.
My trip my apartment set up turned. To what I found in this one place, it feels 10x homier thanks.
Awesome store! Has all one needs for basic and kitchen home repairs. I received a coffee grinder that was nice along with a great leakproof mug for less than I was expecting to pay.
Excellent costumer support! I enjoy visiting the place to get my home goods, the staff is pleasant and helpful. My move whenever I need KEYS made and had my KNIVES, to place sharpened which they also did a great job on.
Avoid at any cost. Following a month of calls and leaving voicemails was advised that the vacuum was thrown out and wasn't fit for repair and this was hauled to our housekeeper on pickup. They said they would never maintain a vacuum. This is a lie. The vacuum was picked up from a doorman. Our housekeeper went into the shop and lo and behold the vacuum had been sitting there (along with her name and info on it) and she had been given some bad excuse that the name was incorrect. . .and the colour given on the telephone was incorrect (when no colour was mentioned - in fact they didn't ask any verifying facts, make/model/color - pick up address), that they confused it with another vacuum. The vacuum wasn't mended and she ended up just taking it home.
Too bad I had to provide any celebrities. I will never go back. The manager tried to tell me that the air filter on my Miele vacuum was for the engine if I didn't purchase this item and my vacuum could be ruined. Keep I mind Miele vacuums have two filters. One blessed that I am not being billed. The price of the filter case for the air - $15. I guess he was pocketing $35. Go to Feldman's. Madison and
I strongly recommend this shop if you would like to over-pay and be treated like dirt from the staff. Returns are especially'enjoyable'. Use your American Express if necessary so you can dispute the charges. I gave 2 stars because a lot of items are sold by them.
Avoid this store!!! I would have, if I could give them zero stars. DISHONEST but you'll literally pay double the price for the same items and not only are the workers extremely RUDE you may find in other shops around the Upper East Side. These folks are completely taking advantage of how the Gracious Homes that are old longer exists. Along with this they're deceitful with respect to the pricing of their product. . Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop in this store unless you fully ripped off by their prices!!! and are ready to be lied to and abused by their horribly horrible store manager
The hell with schlepping down to Bed Bath & Beyond when Basics Plus is a brief walk away. This place is filled with all types of apartment essentials including hardware and a locksmith. Candles, lighting, kitchen products, bathroom products fire alarms, cleaning supplies - you name it and has it. You may even order online and receive free shipping.
This place is Bed Bath & Beyond minus the audiences. Can be somewhat pricey on a few products but worth employees and the ease.
Thanks to them, I have a nice new skillet and was able to cook a few Fantastic lemon chicken :)
I had no idea what to expect but it turned out to be a mini Bed Bath and Beyond. The store itself was organized and a partner helped me to select the skillet for my requirements.
So the next time I THINK I need to earn a Goal run the price points here are equally as good as any big box store, I will check out this place .
I was stuck to cook it , upon moving outside when my roommate took my skillet. I REALLY did not feel like making the decision a quick yelp hunt showed me this spot close.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! So I bought a here. The very first time I used it to stir some vegetables with soy bean sauce, and after I washed it and dried it up, there is quite disgusting powder remained in the wok. I was scared and returned to the store. Nevertheless, they told me indifferently unless the manager is here, that they couldn't do anything. So I went back three times more, their manager was never there and their service was bad. When I could I'd love to stay in front of their store and tell everyone my experience. Honestly I'm really mad.
I find the staff very pleasant and fun(ny). Never a bad experience, and they ALWAYS while Staples on 86th Street NEVER has got them have pop flow refills in stock!
It's amazing just how much material that this area can pack into such a small space. Everything from candles to teas!
I have not taken advantage of a lot of the inventory here, but it is interesting. This is my place for getting keys. Reasonably priced, and a process. Workers here are always friendly and helpful.
Their rates are competitive and they have a fantastic enough supply to function last minute and I really don't want to go all the way to Target/Bed & bath needs. Staff is very helpful & pleasant. I called to see whether they had a particular item in stock and walked over. Once I mentioned the thing it was held by the cashier up - when I predicted she'd pulled me it. Bed & Bath is usually rendered more economical by using their omnipresent coupons that were 20% but sometimes it's simply not worth the hike particularly for two or an item, as previous reviewers said.
More mini bed & bath compared to traditional hardware store, but has been a massive help as I move into a construction. It reminds me if anyone recalls that chain.
I came here looking for a traveling cake holder ( not sure thats the exact name). The prices are excellent. The staff was friendly and they gave me a proposal to get a good deal on the other kitchen appliance.
It's a great go- to store if you need basic around-the-home things, particularly for us Manhattanites that are not a stones through from Target (wahhh!) .
I was surprised at how much, and also the variety they've managed to jam into this little place!
Everything seems really affordable, although some things like furniture items are a little overpriced for what you buy.
Wonderful home goods store. Not only do they have everything, but they might have what you need on sale. Many years after, I'm still very happy that I got for a buck each. (Overstock? Secretly untrue? Who knows? It is part of the mysterious draw of the store.)

Overpriced although Suitable. Their no return policy on hardware even when the packaging hasn't been touched is bothersome.

Jessica is awesome. We just visit this shop for her. Custom created a key in a snap, despite of not having the sterile.
