I highly suggest Baswell plumbing! Not only were they on time, clean, and proficient, but they didn't try and up-sell me!

We Have worked with the third generation of Baswell Plumbers, Jason and Jeff! Enterprise runs. Always responsive to requests for service.
We upgraded our fixer with the newest piping named PEX, which is widely utilized in Europe. Baswell plumbing is up on all the plumbing technologies.
Frankly, these guys should be wearing Superman-type capes with a huge letter"B" on it! Thank you to all staff in Baswell Plumbing - you're the very best!

I wanted a plumber to fix the toilets in the two bathrooms which allowed sewer gas into the home, a clogged shower drain and pressure . After plumbers I contacted Baswell. The following day someone was sent by them. Assistant and A plumber showed up, replaced the wax caulked and and seals the bases. They removed the clog but couldn't figure out why the pressure was low. I came into discuss. The plumber suggested it was the shower head. I advised him that I'd tried several and they all did the exact same thing. He threw up his hands at that point. I decided to pull the shower head and run directly out the feeder tube. There flew a rubber restrictor out After I did. I now have a shower that feels like one and plenty of pressure. For fixing the pressure, I was charged and the general invoice was, to say the very least, excessive. Why so freaking greedy? I will pay the invoice but I won't be calling them again. I am giving them two stars because the plumber was a wonderful guy. I must notice that the caulking on the toilets' base has shrunk, leaving openings two weeks once they were here.

Pipes is quite friendly on the phone. Jeff checked that the drainage pipe 11 days ago and came out to the house, but never gave me an estimate or returned phone calls regardless of many calls. Just allow me to know, if you do not need to do the work. Or let me know when to expect the estimate. I'll be calling a different plumber.

I will increase the 5 star. Jason was excellent. Fast and enlightening. However never saw the trademark Crack in his....never mind....LOL

I've been working with Baswell Plumbing for ages. They are knowledgeable, patient and polite about any issue. They work quickly and they get the job. I can't say enough great things about them!

Jason's first trip was so informative, such as he let us know that nearly all of the components we needed (valves/disc for sink faucets, kitchen soap dispenser etc) were still under warranty from the producers. (This after the first bid I got from another plumbing firm advised us that all new components would have to be ordered, sending the quotation to get a few rather tiny jobs at over $1600!!!) . Jason returned and did a fantastic job taking care of everything after receiving the components under warranty. He answers all questions, informs the customer of every detail until he gets to work, is a nice, educated man, and works. Everything works great now, and we had been so pleased our invoice (all labor b/c we had the parts) was only a bit over several hundred dollars, for instance, first trip. There are many plumbing firms out there charging excessive prices. Will continue to call Baswell for any issues. Thanks, Jason, you

Baswell Plumbing have been our technicians for 20 decades. I have found them to be dependable, knowledgeable, honest, considerate & they always have time to answer some of these questions.

WARNING! The plumber has been at our house in Mill Valley for around a half an hour, however the labor charge on my bill was $187.50. REALLY! Some reduction. I'm lucky they did not bill me for a brand new set of tires or petrol. ?
They bill for travel time to and from your house!!!!!! And they do not warn you about this in their web site, nor if reserving an appointment. Their charging rate, of $125/hr, turned out to be MUCH MORE, when you factor because they charged

I reccommend this Plummer. Would not call anyone else. They will not cut holes into your walls unless necessary and know what they're doing.

We had a main sewer clog. I called the and Baswell scheduled me. Jason was quite professional and also did a comprehensive snake of our primary drain. Thanks!

Intelligent, honest and friendly. The guy that answered the phone was fantastic (the owner) as was the tech who came. Quick efficient work at hourly rates....Highly recommended.

Baswell Plumbing is the most dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly service in Sonoma or Marin counties. All their staff are excellent particularly Jeff Baswell and Jason. They are respectful and clean and most notably, honest and straight-forward. I just use Baswell Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Jason has come out twice to snake a clog. He is considerate, efficent and knowledgable. The two times that I predicted the shipment was able to get someone out showed up in time. Their prices seem reasonable as well at $128 for its service.

Jason was the plumber who came out for our job. He was capable, efficient, educated, and friendly. The job was a sewer line clean-out. He was helpful in helping me think about some issues I'll need to address concerning the plumbing, and did the work successfully.

Service, quick, friendly and reasonable. Plus they're local. Before when I had a plumbing/sewer difficulty I called one of these rooter services I found in the yellow pages. They had a Marin amount and said they could be here in under an hour. Two-and-one-half hours after they sent a young kid (from Concord) who spent hours trying to determine what was wrong. In contrast, Baswell has staff who explain the problem. I have them come out for maintenance on my sewer lines annually and they are used by my neighbors .
