I just have to understand what a Gem Craig, of a person the plumber, was now: our landlord had made, although He came out to replace our bathroom this morning. Craig handled that situation with patience, grace and professionalism, although I overheard our LL carrying his frustrations out on Craig over the phone. He stayed respectful and rested while helping our LL understand what happened. He opted to go with another plumbing company, although I want our landlord could have rescheduled with BF Plumbing and that Craig could have come back to perform the task. Still, KUDOS to Craig! Request him and you won't be let down.

Stop - Don't Even Consider It.Not Recommended. Very Pricey. Very Obnoxious.

I called to request a quote. When asked if I'm the owner, I told them and gave the owner information to them. They said that I informed them I was the owner and called back. I gave the owner information to them and they did not even call. They then cancelled on me. I do not have a toilet.
Go.

Worst of all neighbours have suggested that they charge $300 - $400 because of a charge. That is before prices of manual labor and costs to rectify the problem. Did not advise me of the call out charge.
Over costly and unprofessional customer service. Don't recommend this company.
Called for an emergency call out. We're tenants who rent through the owner, a person buddy, who resides in Fiji. Whoever took my call refused to make any appointment until they talked to the owner.
They called me backagain. Overall lack of basic and courtesy customer service.
Not only did they, finally, contact the owner, the problem I explained was misinterpreted by them.

Worthless! Had a sewage backup and called the toll free number for BFP. The individual that took my phone and advice said I will get a call back. Never got the call that was . Takes many years to gain 10 moments and a customer to lose one. You lost one!!

Gave one star when seeking to reach a plumber down the road, because I don't like calling a call center. I want to talk to somebody IN THAT OFFICE, not a person back east or wherever, when I call a plumber or plumber. Sounds like cheap labour. #payforaninhousereceptionist

I called BF plumbing this morning and attained Candice who was fantastic. I explained that I had an important appointment later in the morning and what was happening. She worked with the Novato team and had a plumber about the way. Dusty was great and came on time. He said to me with the support of technology that was amazing managed to reveal me as well and exactly what went on.

Here is what to keep in mind when you call this company: it is a sales company in addition to a plumbing outfit. My spouse and I belong to their Club, at $19.95 per month, a very good deal in general. For the price, they come out after a year (Ben Franklin), twice a year (One Hour Heating), and after a year (Mister Sparky Electric). Their regular maintenance is well worth the monthly dues.
But, here's what: when they come outside for service they market various upgrades. That is fine. I had been a salesman for 30 decades, so I do not mind seeing what is available. Over time we've put in improvements, such as a thermostat that is NEST and a water filtration system. It is here where we've seen an odd pattern: we have a problem (by way of example, changing the filters in the filtration system), along with the tech tells us that the original gizmo was sub-par, but they have got an upgraded model that is going to do the job the initial system was supposed to do. We have seen this more than once. An company might be expected to replace a device that was sub-par at reduced price or zero, but that's not the app.
Alright, we are not unhappy with these men, but they appear to be the exception nationally. A review of One Hour franchises everywhere reveals horror stories of work that is unsatisfactory and hard-sell tactics.
Our experience is different: last year the firm made a true attempt to make good on several problems we had with our heating system. As a result, I recommend them, but (as I said previously ), keep in mind that they're seeking to sell you extra stuff. Make sure you need and can afford it.

We use Benjamin Franklin plumbing . They are on time, provide a fantastic support. They're reasonably priced. I had a family emergency and they were able to squeeze us in to the program. I've never been so greatful. It was my birthday and we had no time. Benjamin Franklin got us all fixed up and came to the rescue. I highly recommend this outfit for all of your plumbing requirements. The guys are very respectful and the dispatcher is quite reassuring. You have become our family hero. Another thing, I highly suggest getting the care plan they will look after you regularly and it helps cut the cost of fixes.

Buying a home that's been updated/remodeled can have its tricky moments. Although working okay for the first 7 weeks that our brand new condominium had a leaky garbage disposal. Sucks.
Steve set up a disposal and educated me to keep it working for a time that was excellent. Plus a 5 year warranty BFP. A good bargain, a fast fix and professionalism. Do not got a reason to not strike 5 stars. Due to Steve M.
I got an appointment within two days on a Sunday morning and phoned BFP. The guy could have done the job blindfolded and knew his craft.

The crew, headed by Nick M. just completed an extremely hard installation of a tankless water heater in my old garage and I'm really impressed at the wisdom and ingenuity they had to conquer some unexpected"old house" problems and make it work, AND stayed pleasant and positive throughout two cold wet days. Good communication, prompt and courteous, affordable cost and decent cleanup--strongly urge!

Great communicator and wishes to ensure the job gets done. Since there was one portion of the project that I wasn't super happy with I know this firsthand and Benjamin Franklin sent Sklar out to make things right. I spread the word to friends and will utilize Benjamin Franklin.

Skyler and his partner Justin oversaw the major elements of the job, and were a pleasure. Skyler expertly deflected questions from our nosey neighbors who have been harassing us to the past year about our private business. We are thrilled to have a difficult project finished, and one which involved such creativity. I give them my highest reccomendation!
Every single day of this five day job, employees arrived on time, cleaned up, and worked efficiently and diligently. The guys who did the trench function and cement cutting and ending (Pasang and Ming) were knowledgable and articulate, and I discovered that they had been Sherpas, actually leading expeditions upward Mt. Everest! Amazing stamina! Ben Franklin is very lucky to have these guys in their team.
We've been renting it on Airbnb, and recently decided to add a toilet and sink. This was shown to be the hard job! I got several quotes, and most plumbers did not know how to handle trenching lines the access, along with other issues. Some wanted me to hire day laborers to do the digging, a chance I was uneasy with, not understanding how to direct them to dig the trenches, and anxious about things that were . Skyler solved all our problems with a single planning visit and came out. Better still, he confidently explained how they'd handle the process from begin to finish, including all of the digging, pipe work, and trimming out. Furthermore, their being was important to me personally. He even recommended something which no one else had mentioned, a discharge bathroom. This allowed the bathroom installation to occur beneath the studio with no major dirt excavation of the ground. A big win!

STAY AWAY! This company charged me $ 870 to fix three angle stops last November. Here's how the scam works: They come into your house to get an"annual inspection" and find things wrong on your residence. Rather than charging you a reasonable based on hours and parts, they give you a bid on the spot. As a company would charge, but the bidding is three times as large. When I had an issue this month, I called another plumber, who advised me that was about not as $50 in parts and one hour's job. Then Ben Franklin is the location for you.
I called the company expressing my concerns and asking a parts per hour breakdown and acceptable pricing. Rather than responding to my concerns, I was sent a letter threatening to send a collection business after me by them. I will cover, but Ben Franklin is dreadful. I will never use them. Thank heavens I wasn't scammed by them . Also, please be aware that they are connected with Mr. Sparky, which has the same"business" version. (That company attempted to charge me $15,000 this month for Employment which Sattler Electric only finished at our house for around $6000. )

We discovered them as partners of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, where we're members of the"Comfort Club." We called and requested plumbing support. An appointment was organized by the dispatcher and has been courteous and productive. We had a new and much-improved kitchen faucet installed and purchased, by the comfort of the house. Nicholas put everything back the way it was discovered by him, and cleaned up after himself. Except for the faucet, you'd never know he had been here. We definitely plan to utilize Benjamin Franklin for our future plumbing requirements, and recommend them.

Don P mended my shower that had a cartridge. This guy was very thorough. He also answered lots of my questions throughout the rest of the house about pipes. Impressed with professionalism, and his knowledge. Will be requesting. Thanks.
