I've Utilized S. Waters Plumbing Through the Years.He was thorough in checking out everything and found the issue and solved . He was exceptional in communicating what we needed. In addition to everything else, he was considerate and very polite.
They've always been dependable, honest and receptive .
Just had Kevin out to assist us sink leak.

After they needed to come out for the same job, I have had one encounter in 10 years. They sent out a individual to repair the issue away and didn't bill me for the repair.

Last but not least, thanks to the scheduling expertise of Starr are scheduled fast if there is a plumbing dilemma that was time-critical and every effort is made to get somebody out.

Very disappointing. I needed to have another plumber in the day to mend what S Waters couldn't fix. The plumber wasn't knowledgable. He indicated a very expense way to get at a clog (break the pipe instead of go in thru the bathroom ). Following $ and an hour, I requested him to depart. The next plumber arrived in - assessed the issue and fixed the clog (through the bathroom ). Don't advocate at at.

His bill for his 10 minutes of successful work came to $175.00 that amount to some hourly rate of $1050.00. This is was I called highway robbery.
Initial appointment was offset by them.Came two weeks afterwards. Replace a flapper ( $6 to $9) took 7 minutes. Use a plastic line to for the sink to unplug it ( took 3 minutes). Told me that I should alter my water heater which it had been dangerous to have water heater too outdated; explained that he would visit his truck to gave a quotation to me. Meanwhile I went to google and type water heather replacement: the average price to have this substitute was $1445.00; He arrived back after 15 minutes using a quote over $4400.00.

Had Kevin outside to fix a leak near the hot water heater. The job was professional and he appeared educated. Yelp voucher deal was easy to use and appreciated!

All the bathrooms in my house were backed up and of course it is a Saturday... Kevin showed up right on time, cleared up everything, came in way under the price he'd bought and was respectful of never spending too much time because I had been paying the weekend pace. He made a few suggestions to schedule some improvements.

We will definitely call S Waters Plumbing our plumbing needs for all .
Kevin from S Waters Plumbing saved us when our gas fireplace wouldn't turn off. This type of thing just happens on a Saturday during the vacations. I called each plumbing service at the Marin area (even some with just 3 stars), desperate to stop the flow of gas into the fireplace. Kevin promised to be there in just 2 hours and called back. Approximately 1 1/2 hours after he arrived, assessed the problem and capped the gas pipe leading. He did not fix the problem causing the gas to never turn off because he did not want to spend lots of time at the"emergency prices" he needed to charge.

Have had these men come out for two different things in my house. Always nice on the phone, schedule and service always excellent. Will work with you personally and honest. Local people.

Called to change appointment by 30 minutes and someone by the name of Star obtained information.

When I called the office they told me I needed to reschedule.
Called for appointment, individual on other end of phone repeated back to me wrong info.

Not. Additionally, we changed time of appointment from 3:30pm to 4:00pm.

"Hello, I just need a valve replaced on washing machine." . That was repeated back to me"we're coming out to install vents on your washing machine.

This provider is far more dangerous than helpful. My sewer line conducted and did not tie at the water drains. For over a year the water ran beneath my home and started to smell. They were contacted by me and the owner refused to even look at the situation. To correct the problem it's cost me $2,500 for the tie in to be achieved along with $2,000 for the ground beneath my home to be excavated. They're dangerous, incompetent, and rude. This is not written from anger we are currently hoping to save somebody else!
I read the owner's answer . The inspection of this sewer line was done with no notice (ie., it was done without alerting me they would be here and at exactly what time) so we did not know that an inspection was taking place. The problem was not the sewer line, it was the attachment below the home from the drains TO the sewer line. This wasn't done properly and consequently the drains FROM the home emptied to the sewer line under our house to the floor. I've had 2 plumbers here since and stated that the work by S. Waters pipes was done incorrectly. He REFUSED to look at his or her error when I informed the owner that. In terms of"dishonest" dealings with an employee of theirs, it's to note that employee STILL functions for them. I was unaware that there was unethical business going on and compensated the worker to perform additional work he discovered he stated needed"fixing". The owner looks pretty desperate to maintain a high profile but the work itself was substandard. We are now in the process of carrying this via the court system as a result. I welcome any chance for this business to do the perfect thing and take possession of their error (s).

Once the water had been eliminated Rick from S Waters Plumbing replaced the pipe for us after which Brandon and he switched our sump pump pipe into our back drain.

I had a leak in a water heater line. They came 2 hours later. Rick the plumber knew exactly what to do and when to take action. Fast and efficient and a very fair price. I will use S Waters Plumbing again.

Craig came out to snake roots that had caused toilet and our bathtub to backup simultaneously out. He was courteous, rescued our weekend from misery, and professional.
And though after the first one broke, he had to find a stronger snaking device, we were charged by him . A support for weekend pipes surprises.

Owner phoned me"two" to request me to possess this review either eliminated or edit the rating because they corrected the charge. I still feel they showed up 4 hours late on the appointment period and"need" to charge me for gloves and booties for your plumber to work on the project was unreasonable. I want to keep my note that I will update the review but DON'T think they deserve a"5" star just because he asked to change the rating, so I will proceed to a three star for getting the job done.

Holy cow! Called and Brandon was out over 30 minutes of calling and has been completed clearing up a clog to our washer drain at under another 30 minutes. Husband was very impressed and stated we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Quite reasonable well. Thank you!

Totally agree with all the other reviewers. Had to substitute the shower body in the master bathroom. I was known to Waters. They came right away and really had to break in to the marble substitute it and then to get into the shower body. They did such a fantastic job at fixing it we could tell it was substituted. They were efficient, and CLEAN quick, and easy to deal with. Costs I think are comparable but at least they didn't"soak" me to get different repairs. We'd use them if a need should arise.

Excellent, quick and reliable service all at a price that is fair. These guys came out over 2 hours of me phoning (ahead of schedule) and got the job done right. Brandon was an outstanding and knowledgable plumber.

We have a toilet that's been constantly running water so that we usually only shut off its water supply. My brother in law is coming to see so it was time to resolve the spare toilet. I found these men they had great reviews and they ran a offer! I called afternoon and they sent out Rick very first thing this morning! He was professional friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars plus! Two times this month we had both connected to our garbage disposal, a kitchen disaster. We had no clue how old this product was Because we rent. Rick W. responded to our initial telephone, was there in 1/2 hr and discovered the offender item lodged in the jaws of the disposal. Fixed in 5 minutes. Second time, we had a flood on the kitchen floor. We were fortunate to have Rick W. there within 1/2 hour. He returned with a disposal, installed it in order, went out to the truck and diagnosed the problem, and we had been up and running. Thanks to Walters Plumbing. Both events took place but that didn't deter prompt service.
