Overall John and his different helpers were onsite for something like three and days managing a few dozen angle ceases swaps, supply line upgrades, three shower enclosure rebuilds, 5 or 6 bathroom rebuilds/installs and numerous other"deferred maintenance" tasks my home needed before going to the market. There was also ingenious fiberglass work that needed doing to John managed with aplomb and that and a damaged shower enclosure.
The onsite crew leader, John, is one of the most genuinely pleasant people you'll meet... he's also educated, has a bedside manner that educates the client rather than educates, and has excellent communication skills concerning providing telling and updates when, throughout the course of a job, the range of work expands beyond what they initially anticipated.
I can suggest Reggie's Reliable Plumbing Service as absolutely living up to the title.
The range of work I'd started out as prep work to deliver my older home to market. I can record that the hype is real and contacted Reggie's based on testimonials.
It is high time that I post this review in praise of the superior work AND support provided by this superb team of technicians.

Desired a plumber to get a kitchen sink. Thanks to yelp, I found Reggie in the afternoon at 4:30. He had a plumber here in under 2 hours and the clog was cleared like magic.
How dream results were turned in by the nightmare clog fast and so easily amazed me! Thank you Reggie for perfect service!
The serviceman spread tarps inside and around my sink cupboard, trapping all the debris. He clearly explained what was going on with my drain line and to avoid a future jolt.

Rene was wonderful. I had been hoping to have the entire shower enclosure replaced due to a shower spout. Rene stated that was a brand new spring. Saved me money. Love this honest company.

We had help installing a new faucet for our kitchen sink. I called and Reggie's was available right away. Rene was friendly and showed up, knowledgeable and got the work done within an hour. He showed up within the window and he kept everything neat and clean. Would highly recommend their service.

It is all in the title!! Be prepared for the charge. Once you get beyond this, you'll be thrilled with the service and efficacy of this organization's mission. Our shower faucet never functioned so smoothly & we believed we had. Friendly & fast. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Update: Reggie had a person over first thing the next day and I had a plumbing crisis. René did a great job cleaning up the backed pipe checking the problem, and also giving me quotes on a long-term solution to what's very likely to be a problem. He worked in a row two days at my home, and an extraordinary quantity of money wasn't charged. It is such a relief to have an skilled and honest plumber!

My review is 5 stars for work, but one star for $$. We had the shower drain congestion on a Christmas Eve I phoned around and, to be honest, Reggie's was the one to return to me. I was driving to the supermarket, in a car, at a rain, once I've got a telephone call from them, I don't recall to listen to the estimated price, but he tells me now that I agreed to it and advised them to come over. That most likely it authentic, I was in fear, my memory fails me. The plumber was met by my husband and drain is clear quickly, $279 bill for 15 min, once I came back home. work.
I phoned later to find out why it was so expensive, $15 for another person, $29 support telephone, $165 per hr, should be 209. Found out that I had been charged extra for the Christmas Eve day. I guess it's my fault after all.

I needed a faucet repaired, and Reggie was called by me. Rene was sent over, and after a short time checking out the errant manage, he clarified that he likely could not get it out due to corrosion and the fact it wasn't put in correctly in the first location. He suggested that I go buy a brand new one, and call back after I did so.
In charging me to do it is refreshing to find a tradesperson who was not just willing to go the excess distance, but also did not totally take advantage of me. Thank you Reggie.
So that I had to settle for a different finish Sad to say, the tap was just one having a finish that wasn't likely to be quickly, or inexpensively, replaced. Within an hour managed to get out the old one, and an hour after Rene was back and mended, saving me the price of the new one maintaining consistency of finish in the restroom.

We will call Reggie later on if we need other plumbing work and are very satisfied with this visit.
We looked at plumbers prior to leaving a message and calling Reggie and had a leaky toilet and a sink problem. He had his man Alex here the exact same day, within the two hour window we'd been given and called back in a few hours.
Alex was great. He recognized the bathroom problem, told us exactly what needed to be achieved along with the approximate cost. Not only did he finish in a shorter time than he anticipated he introduced the bill representing the change. That is integrity.

Rene took the time to brainstorm what to do with our plumbing scenario, gave a quote that was fairly and completed the job. Super honest, no BS and knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to speak with also. We are so happy with the end result.
My neighbors recommended the Plumbers of Reggie and we were so pleased. We had plumbing capped in a space and Rene came out to assess the job (about the same day I originally called).

I would if I were able to give Reggie 100 stars. He has gone over and beyond to help people with continued water problems in our basement. He goes out of the way to follow-up with me and I sincerely appreciate that. We discussed of things to do after I texted him a picture of the space a way. Honestly this level of support (that btw he hasn't charged us for this extra help) is very rare nowadays. Thank you again Reggie!!!

I looked on Yelp here for a plumber. They called before coming and were gone in. They did not charge me! When I need a job done To their kind consideration of a job I'll call.
This company is great! I needed to find a piece of metal from the drain that is a portion of a set of earrings I'm making. So I needed to bring them myself they have to be done in a day. I was determined although it was not simple.

A Reggie is really when you call him, and he is reliable. I have used him several times since - he is my plumber and sewer lateral individual. Heeducated, hard-working, nice as pie's also incredibly knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and hires employees that are excellent. Each time his folks and he have been wonderful, and I have had excellent reviews from customers.
I am always searching for referrals to service providers that are fair, dependable and affordable, and in the real estate company. When Reggie's Plumbing was highly recommended by a customer I tried him out on a job that was challenging.
Call Reggie, if you have a large sewer lateral bid on a line that requires replacing and get the following cost. He may need to run a camera line again, but it's going to be worth it. My customers were able to cut at 40 percent off of an initial bid from another company by using Reggie - and his work is top notch.

The craftsmanship was great and they were professional throughout the procedure except for one little detail which left a sour taste in my mouth. They charged an extra $29 dispatch fee . This was not mentioned when I made my decision and got the quotation. So that it's not like they had to drive to a different county, where they're located, In addition, I reside in precisely the city. Consequently, I felt a bit manipulated in the transaction. I expressed my remarks directly to the partner and was told to contact their workplace. I did but never heard back.

Guys, good job! I will be using you again....hopefully I won't need to this shortly, though. Nothing personal.

I'm not one to usually take some time to go onto yelp and give people a high-five (from five), but Reggie deserves it. Had a plumbing issue that's been nagging me for a short time. Rene from the team gave me some good guidance for several issues, got to the root of the issue, solved it and came out. Actually, I had asked about other jobs he kept me out of wasting money and I would want done.

I absolutely love Reggie and his team of employees. Each time we've needed something repaired they've been phenomenal at diagnosing and solving issue. I regret not recalling the initial plumber's name who came out but"he" repaired the shower, explained why their was a pool of water outside the stall and was hastened to maintain and out leaving us with a sparkling new shower head. Cody, the upcoming gentlemen, managed to sort out the water pressure and explained the ramifications of how things should be a lot better today and why we had issues using our appliances - he was right!!!
