I have to start off my saying customer support was fast and dependable!
The technician was professional and made my own crucial inside 30mins and showed up in my place in 30mins! It took me more to call to show up and create my

My friend locked his secret in his car and found these men via Google company. When the guy arrived (an hour late, no less). Oh, and his explanation was that we didn't give a speech, which we did to him if he arrived late. We even texted the map together with the streets clearly signaled. How rude it's to make excuses when you can not read a map up.
If they wanted money, they should have just said so rather. Somehow they looked as though they had intentions.
My friend made sure to call his credit card company to have a new card reissued, after we paid the contractor in money. These men were all kinds of unethical.
I do like to write reviews that are bad, but I feel obligated to shield citizens .
Along with the manager on the telephone said he would only give us a discount when we wrote reviews. Like a bribe? Complete crooks. Because these individuals are just taking advantage of individuals, I want to report them.
The boss on the telephone said Ed could earn a CC payment When it came time to pay. If this was purposeful, I'm not sure but he asked my friend for his CC advice and he kept saying the card diminished if it had been granted . So his card which diminished attempted. It is behaviors. Finally the guy on the phone tells my friend to take money. It was so unethical! Keep in mind they have all his credit card info over the telephone.
He said before we were greeted by him, it had been $150. We were like WHAT...? And he said , it's $150. How can prices be stated by them and try to make the most of us if he had been made no sense. But it extortion. Since there are loads we stated it as such and weren't going to pay for this. Then he asked us up front which we didn't have. And clearly a complete ripoff. We advised him NO manner. And he called his boss and my friend was talked to by his boss and said he can do it for $75.
So coming into the part where the guy unlocks our car was a nightmare. Not only did he possess tools that are obsolete, opening a car was just like a curveball to him. It took more than 55 mins to him with his half ass equipment. We had been unhappy. It took a lot of time. He asked us to do it, although we tried but obviously couldn't do it. It turns out he had really bad tools and so much time was being wasted by it. He admitted that he has never done this in his 3 years. My friend has one of the automobiles that are most common. Exactly what the hell. He calls his boss again to get of how to start the car hints, and after another 20 mins, he opened the trunk. We were happy.

No permit number recorded everywhere. No thank you. Please check
Before calling out a locksmith. These men appear to be crooks.

DO NOT CALL THIS LOCKSMITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. He will overcharge you (I paid $600!!!!) And lie to you about who he's working for (he told me was with SBS 24/7 locksmith services).

He is a slob, unfriendly, and a total scam artist.

I ended up crying after becoming taken advantage of. He told me that unlocking my car door was about to cost me $189. I don't have that cash and when I informed him I did not need him to open my door because I could not pay him he got angry. He said I needed to pay the service charge anyways for making him drive out and calling him. It was like $80 and I was advised by him $75 is charged by everyone . When I explained I did not have that much, he kept asking me why I called him over and over again. I ended up giving my credit card not knowing what else to do to him. He took photos of it a long with my I.D. I truly wish I hadn't given it to him.
When I was looking for just how much it should have cost me I found this to the BBB's site: http://www.bbb.org/blog/2011/08/locksmith-scam-180-for-five-minutes/ I have decided to file a complaint against their company, however they do not have a specific business title, the fee in my credit card says Emergency Locksmith San Mateo. I found a Bay Pro Locksmith situated in SF, that isn't the exact same company or does not possess exactly the exact same small business information recorded. By entering their advice that was recorded on their 15, I made my own complaint. I recommend report their company into the Better Business Bureaus, if you are scammed by this company.

Because that is the only explanation for any positive review chris G and JZ should work for this business. These people are scammers--DO NOT USE THEM! The locksmith who showed up not only did work that is terrible, but CHARGED OVER $400 ON MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. 20 minutes were taken by the job, he set up the wrong type of doorknob billed my credit card even though I told him not to do this until we obtained the pricing worked out. "Direction" has been non-responsive to my calls and emails.
This firm should be made out of business.

I'm horrifically shocked with the service I received from this"locksmith". Was late, quoted a cost that was half what I had been charged, beyond all else, and unprofessional, RUDE. I obtained much worse customer service, and tried to contact a manager the day to discuss. He had been the worst part of this experience and I'm in disbelief of how one person could be for reason. DO NO USE under any circumstance.
