Professional, came on time, quick, kind, reasonably priced, and proficient. I needed a new handle on a door using a lock set I called, and Ben managed to help me. He had a brand-new door knob & keys prepared because I did not have the time to buy one myself, to go. Many companies don't have knobs on their trucks and wouldn't come out. Ben said yes! He was very understanding of what needed to be accomplished with my situation. Additional locksmiths either told me understand NO or in 6 months. Ben from Benz Locksmith came out in 20 minutes (!!) To make and unlock a secret for my bedroom door when I was locked out.

Cost $ 29 original charge, then $ 55 for deadbolt lock and $85 per door that is French. Second time I called him he quoted $95 per French door.... He may have jacked up the price on me a tiny bit, like I said as I was on a time crunch, I did not shop around. As he was able to come out right away, giving 5 stars.
I didn't have time to shop around not sure about costs... but in every other way, Ben was so fantastic. He was able to come back out. Couple of days after I realized that I had forgotten the 2 upstairs doors he came back out that exact same day. Waived $29 charge the next time.
