Stopped in to get my front door lock re keyed. They had me out he with 5 additional keys in like 10 minutes. Fantastic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped at A Kustom Locksmith Service 23024 Lake Forest Dr. in Laguna Hills.He instructed me to open the car door and flip the car on for a minimum of 30 seconds, so the automobile computer accepts the key.
It worked and I was really delighted.

I needed a key since I couldn't have that kind of key.
I then drove off to find my review and left the shop.
I know that when I want more auto keys I will stop at this place.

I had to re-key 4 locks out of town, and so I stopped in to try to buy some supplies. This is a locksmith which will not sell pins. Guess that is mortar and brick loses over shops.

Workmanship, thieves, liars and overpriced.
Brought in a car key for them to replicate and not only did I pay too much ($75) for it, it had been cut wrong and did not do the job. Came at another day to get a refund, did not ask them to pay me back for the key that they ruined ($10) plus they supposedly processed the refund, but it's been one week and the fee still hasn't been reversed.

I lost the key to get a lock. Joe did a great job of fitting the key and launching it no sweat. I had been very concerned about starting the lock. Great work. Would use them again. Nice guy too.

I had Kustom Locksmith Services from Laguna Hills mend my door hardware, and they were fantastic.
I had originally employed another locksmith with disappointing results.​ After two tries by them, I called Kustom Locksmith. Within 40 minutes my doorway was working. ​​ And they made me a few keys.
I shall make a point of utilizing Kustom Locksmith Services in the long run.

I'm here all the time for some questions or help I want for company locks but my automobile and motorcycle ones and not just my home as well. The shop manager Joe is always directly forward and I think does company that is great with his or her clientele. If you want ANYTHING from safes to home keys highly recommend.

If you want a locksmith that is great. One who can do something. These are the men. I had many keys trimmed for a 50 year old car. I am no longer going to Home Depot, each Home Depot cuts that are essential does not work easily and twice, maybe not at all.
Save time and get it done right for two dollars more.

Can't speak to the quality of their work but it is clear they didn't want my company. I moved in with a very simple request - to really have a key cut for my car (no programming). I had a blank that is key for them to cut from. Store owner looked me, at it, and then said $75. When I asked why he said"since that's precisely what I wish to bill you." I ended up getting it done at a VW dealership - 2 keys for $9.26.

I went to 5 areas before I was referred here. My key for my 94 volvo broke in half in a place. Some areas wanted to charge upwards of $90! My key cuts in less than 5 minutes and then charged me less than five dollars! They were speedy and professional. I wish I'd known about them and gone instead of having to drag old around town to areas that stated they could do it only be told no and to get there. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a secret made. Thank you so much for your help!

This place was great. Had a problem with the door lock of my 85 year old mom. Went in on a Monday to describe the problem. (The present lock needed a very long internal part that wasn't standard.) They said they could replace the lock together with the correct components for a very reasonable price. They went outside another day to work on it. And ended up NOT placing in a lock. They were able to repair another one in a lower labour cost and saved us the cost of the new materials we did not require. Completely ignored as they might have charged us more labour and for components that were new and we wouldn't have known that they were not needed. I recommend this company!
