Snapped its' cable and looked like a goose with a broken wing. We called around to a couple companies and no one could come out instantly or even the next day. Since we had an out of town trip in 3 times, we needed it repaired asap! Ben arrived within a hourfixed it within two hours and cleaned up what little wreck he'd made. It's a garage. No one would have noticed.
Extremely frustrated and feel lied to. Comparable to the other reviews before consenting to have someone come out, we have been quoted labour and $29 service cost beginning at $35 bucks. The person charged us $120?!?!, did the unlock in maybe 3 minutes tops and came out When I called to ask about this I had been hauled to the customer service rep who told me that the cost is within range and didn't care through a few people. I asked if that is normal range why do they not estimate that? They then bill you and inform them less to find out someone and lie about people. If you are never going to bill that 23, at that point you might say labour begins.
I had been told this is the standard and their normal practice they have been using for the last ten decades. So for at least 10 years they've been purposely misleading people.
There is not any address listed for this particular business on their site and not one of the links due to their Facebook of +google do not do the job. We were quoted 50-100 bucks depending on kind of vehicle for a lock my car should've been around the fundamental end of that price and doesn't have power locks. They also told us they would be there in 20 minutes. It ended up being over an hour until someone would get into us, every time it'd be 20 minutes longer. Happily we had inside to wait. After he finally arrived and unlocked my car, which took less or 1 minute, he said it'd be 150 bucks! I advised him that we were quoted 50-100 bucks and he explained the dispatchers don't know the costs. You should not quote prices that are wrong OR tell somebody you'll be there so soon if you are not likely to be. I ended since they said they would get to us soon with the company I'd called. I felt I needed to create this webpage and write a review if anybody googled them, I do not recommend this corporation.
Terrible business. No transparency with costs. We had been told it would cost $120 and a person would arrive in 20-30 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half a person finally showed up and stated it was likely to charge $250. Don't squander your time, find a more company.
Avoid THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is the worst locksmith business in the twin cities. Don't be fooled by their charge that was 29. It will end up costing you. The business is extremely sketchy. Brian (the owner) gave me his word that I would receive a refund after his locksmith lucho came In to"pick the lock" but rather cracked my door down the center, chipped up the door frame, left a mess in the home, and ended up drilling a hole through my lock to unlock the door and then charged my to the priciest lock (simpler locks would be 55 and"harder" locks are $65). Also to operate with unprofessionals with integrity to their term and if you exactly what your property destroyed BGL services is the company.
