In and out over 10 minutes! I needed two duplicates of 3 keys which was able to get them here for about $ 4 per key, and were too little to make with one of those copying machines at hardware shops.
Quick service and affordable prices... doesn't get much better than that!

I have stuck with the job of cleaning a storage device out my job had rented and of course no one had a key. They storage rental place didn't possess a master. So I phoned Bob's and they were able to be there in less than an hour to get it open for me! It had been the weekend also! It is wonderful to have local companies that are reliable! I'm glad I know who to utilize in the future although hopefully I never need them!

I had a key made (along with the lock picked) for my bike rack that was around my car since summertime and we had lost the key. He spent and came out and then opted, with my consent, to drill out the keyhole. He did this and recommended I run across the road to Pep Boys and purchase a new pin and lock to protect the bike rack (and bikes we haul it). They offered me the wrong one... the guys at Bob's helped me load the bike rack into my car as it'd no way to be immobilized onto the hitch and informed me different options to get a brand new pin and lock - looked it up online and printed it for me personally to take with me. I got out my debit card outside to pay the $15 for drilling out the lock and then he told me"Place your card away. You've been through enough attempting to get this repaired. No cost." Again ... THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I drive to Fishers to use them!
What a wonderful staff! I sat waiting my turn (long) and heard the gentleman answer a call and inform the individual to deliver their FOB to the store and they will be happy to put a new battery inside AT NO CHARGE! This NEVER happens. She confessed that she had brought in the wrong key to be copied.... That she not pay anything since they will not get the job done. She was thrilled and said she'd return with the key.

I needed a for my Infinity and ceased within this week. They had it ready for me the next weekday, while they didn't have it in stock. Acceptable cost, together with service that is friendly, prompt and professional. They noticed that they would provide batteries if needed.

son Tim. Once I dropped the remaining key for my 2007 Chevy van and was stranded at home - did I mention I have 6 children?! Tim made me a Chevy secret at his shop, drove it to my house in Fishers and spent programming the brand new ignition key and making sure I knew all of the instructions before he left. He provided an excess door key in case to me.
I would highly recommend this long-time family owned business to anyone and everyone!
He was respectful considerate, and educated and even supplied me an itemized receipt. To top it off her apologized for my wait although I spent the whole time in the house doing laundry and dishes.

I left a call to them on New Year's day for support. I presumed they had been closed and they had been. I needed a key made for the Chevrolet Silverado. They called me before on January 2, She had been informative and really polite. Do not be afraid to call this location to your needs, Should you want keys made to your vehicle. I will use them .

They were somewhat difficult to discover yet worth the extra effort.

Wonderful support. They are honest, friendly, and fast. They billed 1/3 of the purchase price of the trader for an OEM key replacement (cut and programming). Definitely the friendliest and most professional locksmiths in the city.

Horrible mistake of locking my van doors with indoors. Looked down the street and noticed the van in the parking lot. Walked down there asked Tim to help me he locked up shop took a look helped out me. I felt like he went out of the way. That's what's needed in this type of service industry. Great place

Good customer service! Family owned company! Gave me a fantastic deal one couple keys. The owner worked extremely quickly and told me a cool story about how is dad started the company into the success out of something they are now. Overall, really good experience.

Lock is a service-oriented firm. By clipping on a key that I provided, I saved me a lot of money. It was a fraction of the cost. They didn't earn much money but made sure my key functioned in ignition and all locks.
