Locksmith Fishers

BEWARE -- once I was locked out of my residence, I used this business. When I called, the girl on the telephone said"Service call is $15 and locks start at $45 to open them".... Sounded great to me. The locksmith arrived out and told me that no matter the door he went in through - front door, garage door, back door. I advised the costs I were quoted on the telephone to the locksmith, he told me he had never heard of this $15 service call with guards beginning at $45. I had been trapped with no way I said go ahead and take action.... He got in by opening my own garage door (the power was out). Technician got me indoors and was nice and helpful. I called the company back and talked with the girl I spoke with and told her I was angry since I was misled by her. She said"no I didn't". And told me that when I had been unhappy with the price, I must have called negotiated and back and they would have lowered it...?? What? I asked her to negotiate right now and give me a refund and she explained only the supervisor can do that he and will not be in until Monday. Quite misleading, and the girl plain lied to me.

Do not. . I repeat don't use them.
. I needed to get in... they are deceitful. . dont call!!!!!!! I give them zero stars although I needed to pick a rating.

This business is deceitful. Beware!!! They charged me for guy and service call stated he forgot a instrument and will return but not returned. They ignored me and even hung up on me when I called management to inform them exactly what happened. I am upset but will take my reduction. Only thing I can do is warn you guys. Please look somewhere else. This business is not dependable and dishonest.
