I work in home management that is private and have used numerous HVAC companies over the years. I enjoy working with this company. They are always friendly, professional and that I feel priced. Ira, who I have met and Adam finished a call and both were exactly what one ought to expect from a service provider. I've worked previously when one customer had two units installed within a few months of one another also with Jacob. For me personally, I would recommend BRSE to anyone over companies.

I tried to replace the air filter within my AC unit. According to the information they supplied on the device, I purchased a exact same size air filter from Home Depot. The filter I purchased did not match. Board Ripple AC was called by me and asked why it doesn't fit. The operator, after consulting their specialist, told me that it indicate sending a technician to look it over and ought to match. The technician did not showup per appointment time nor called. The technician showed up now and he did was to replace the air filter with a new one he charged me $150 for the professional services and brought with him which included $66 for the service cost. He never spoke with us the filter left and I purchased did not match. So I called Board Ripple AC again to ask for explanation. This time the other operator told me they used a unique high performance air filter and also the measurement is a"minimal" dimension. If I would like to speak to the services manager, she asked me and I said yes. Well, he never called. I have a few issues with this particular experience. To start with, I have services that are pre-paid and don't understand the technician charge me service charge. In the previous services, the technician charged me $50 for the air filter and this time, six months later, $66. That's over 30% rise in cost in 6 months. When I purchased the AC unit last year they told me that the prepaid service agreement will cover all service charges which I don't think is true and the air filter can be purchased by me everywhere. Fourthly, the first regular maintenance services was 9 months following the installation. As of now, I haven't received any telephone concerning the maintenance services that were following. I won't recommend them especially their services agreement that is prepaid.

We called Broad Ripple Service Experts initially for some work on the furnace. We had been up-sold on a ultraviolet purifier, which the technician proceeded to put in. We needed to phone them back and have it eliminated. The plumber arrived and told me that it has to be an animal issue, so we called an exterminator who came back out with pics of a leak and went to the crawl space that BRSE missed. The manager for BRSE came up and offered to create good on the skip and promised to send out his plumber. The plumber showed me pics of the work that is finished and did the job fast. The supervisor said if we had any additional service we could get him so when we had a toilet replaced he delivered out a man to take care of us. The installation took a long time and just days after we saw water in the ceiling. We decided to contact a different plumber who proceeded to reveal the 3 things the BRSE plumber did incorrectly. We needed to phone a dry wall contractor to fix our ceiling.
We will not use BRSE again. 3-strikes is too much.

This firm is HORRIBLE! I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. We got our fresh air conditioner put at a little over one year ago, we were suppose to obtain a thermostat, which we paid , and they never place it in. We've made many calls to get this and they have yet to do so. A few months ago the chance came up, I called and made the payment obtain a notice to renew the guarantee and to renew the guarantee. The renewal was never done though the payment was made. This company will take your money with no show and is terrible.

Jacob took the time to thoroughly clarify what was being performed for improving performance, & made recommendations. As an additional bonus, he took great pride in his job, arrived on time, and was exceptionally professional and courteous!

Here is the reason I am leaving a one star review. Following the technician (Avery) came outside to observe that the warehouse, I was guaranteed a quotation from the following day. 2 days pass. I ask him to send it since I'd love to get the project started and call Avery. With me each time I would find the quotation that day this story repeats 3 times during the next 2 weeks. I was guaranteed the following or exact same day on 4 events to a quote.
I clearly will not be at this stage, along with my realtor said he will not be giving this business any more references at this point , although I was prepared to provide this company my company based on a reference from my commercial realtor.
Now I was told by Avery since they were too active, they couldn't assist me. I doubt that this was guess and even true the technician tried to since he had messed up so many occasions to get rid of me. I am not upset if they couldn't get to me since they were so active, I handled with esteem and am upset I was strung together. When it is true that they could not take on this massive project and take tens of thousands of dollars of my money in doing so, all he needed to do was tell me before I had to wait for weeks I could have spent pursuing yet another corporation.
I can not supply any input on the standard of support offered by this company because I was never able to find any service. I contacted this company to receive a quote on installing air in a warehouse that was very large. This would have easily been a 30,000 or occupation. The technician was instant and came outside to survey the warehouse for a quotation speedily, and appeared friendly and professional.

Out them to look at our HVAC as itn't turned on. It was very simple to schedule the appointment the exact same day, and they came out. Unfortunately the"tech" took apart the unit, declared it would need at least $1k in repairs and spent another 80 minutes attempting to sell me to a brand new $10k+ platform on some sort of payment plan. That evening I didn't devote to it and the tech left the cover to the unit off, the interlock switch taped off and the electricity junction box pulled . I had an electrician friend come out and he put it and flipped off the breaker and on again. The machine turned on and is back to working. Not a fantastic experience.

I'd asked a second opinion about my gas furnace. This company delivered out Keith, the support technician, who I found to be very thorough in looking for out the cause of my heat exchanger rusting at particular places. Following a comprehensive investigation, Keith came to the conclusion that the heat exchanger's replacement wasn't yet needed. This was a different conclusion than the one reached by a technician from a different HVAC company who had condemned the furnace and said the heat exchanger was dangerous to operate. Keith was thorough, knowledgeable, honest and easy going. He took the time to explain what he did. I would call this company again to request Keith and felt I was being cared for.

The booking tool was used by me to book an appointment about a week or so out. I don't get my appointment period and anything or a telephone had passed. I wrote that the company asking if it had been some type of lottery to find an appointment or not. I got a call and the lady said to never use the online booking tool and also to call for an appointment. She stated that the service folks had tried phoning me left a notice. I had been home the entire time, no note on the door, no message, no missed phone call. I can only assume this company does not have any clue what it's doing and doesn't need my money. I booked with another firm that had no difficulty calling me and showed up on time. It is a shame I used to like agency experts.

There were a few hiccups in attempting to receive our toilet/mainline clog. Mistakes happen, and they made it right while not an perfect experience, they will continue to earn my company.

I called Broad Ripple Heat to perform a fix. Not only did they not ever fix the water heater, however they seemed very unfamiliar with Rheem tankless water heaters, despite the fact that they're advertised on their website. So they never fixed anything, but they still charged me. They did not understand why I complained and left me with NO water for over a week. Following a week of having no hot water, they asked me why I went with someone to actually get the repairs made. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1 celebrity but I wish I could give ZERO!! Horrible customer support. We discovered so that I looked for a plumbing support that our basement was flooding from a water heater. So I called, this one popped up. They said he'd give me a call before he came and took my advice. I stayed up ALL NIGHT I would not miss the door or call bell, waiting. At 7:30am I got a call that OOOPS somebody had forgot to log my petition but"we can get someone out to you after this day." Seriously?!?! I quickly then went to Angies List to find a reputable plumber then, because I'm polite, called back this provider to cancel the service call, just to obtain mindset and needing to know why I cancelled. Trust me, I was pleased to tell them.... Please don't waste your time. Horrible customer service-- particularly during a crisis time if you need help the most.

We've been utilizing Broad Ripple Service Experts for a long time & have been quite happy. They do the annual servicing of our furnace & A/C, have replaced a hot water heater, cleaned our air ducts & recently set up a tankless water heater. Their servicemen describe the services to be done & any problems that come up. They are always clean up & considerate, friendly, respectful . They are punctual & always call until they come. I've used Broad Ripple Heating Service Pros ever since I bought my house 15 years back. They are wonderful! The Technicians are friendly, courteous, and respectful. I receive an annual tune up on my furnace and A/C, and just 3 times in 15 years have I needed to replace a component. That tells me they're honest! :--RRB- When I've had repairs completed, the price has been reasonable!

Excellent service and company. I phoned for an appointment to get my A/C song up and they were out the day! The technician was professional and polite and showed me where we had issues connected to the era of the system. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages given era to the systems and decided to forego the price although techincally they had to urge a 180 service. Very low stress considering what I am used to with a/c and furnace men. I switch companies, due to the pressure that is large tactacts, but I have located a company for life! :)
