Broadway Locksmith

All I had was a new mailbox lock. I called another location and they told me before someone might come out it would be a WEEK. I then called Broadway Locksmith. And a gentleman was in my location in under 30 minutes. They may not necessarily be able to be there that fast... but they had been that day. The lock was altered by bjorne. He was professional and personable. This will be my"go to" location should I need any sort of brand new lock or'm locked out. Will recommend to friends as well.

We had on older machine which had a missing key. They replaced it for and readily substantially lower price than other places. They are fantastic!

They were polite on the telephone and I imagine that their solutions thst are available are great.
Disappointed that they aren't able to fulfill what their site claims they can do, since I was told that I can't get a car remote/FOB once I said they can not do remotes and telephoned them. Website claim:"We have the ability to earn remotes for several vehicles, even in the event that you've lost the distant."

Robel provided EXPERT service yesterday installing a deadbolt within an antique front door (from 1903) There had already been a funky lock setup he had to operate around - which he did superbly. The match is ideal and he worked to deal at expert level. In addition he had been friendly and easy to work with. Certainly he takes pride in doing a superior job. I'm impressed in most regards. I had used Broadway Locksmith a few times over the years (always outstanding service and goods ) which is the reason why I selected Broadway Locksmith before a locksmith 3 blocks from me: I knew the door situation was tough and wanted a specialist. Yes! I got an expert! I'm smiling from ear and to ear: the door looks perfect and his job was fantastic. OUTSTANDING !

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing services. They arrived in a time that is crazy to assist and had been a referral from a different locksmith. I called Ken at an ungodly hour and he was there in 1 hr. He honored what he offered me. Very friendly and professional. Allow me to know my options so I could make decisions. The hours stated they had been shut so don't be scared to call someone may be up! ;)

I had a difficulty; a music box was locked by me inside it with things. . .and lost the key. As soon as I came, they took the box without laughing at my incompetence, and it took them about 3 seconds to open it for me.I vow, it took longer to get the baby out of the vehicle seat. I'm afraid as I believed I seemed astonished. I wasn't charged by them, even though I was ready to pay for assistance. I wanted the files indoors! So go there even with a simple problem and leave astonished at the kind and professionals.

We had a pressing lock dilemma along with Broadway Locks was there to assist. Clarify step-by-step how we can prevent issues and what was wrong, although ken went over and beyond to not only fix the matter. Bjorn was our service supplier, he was very knowledgeable and did function that is quick. I would have chosen if he would have not left metal scraps/shavings on the floor (from the deadbolt shaving)
I called and spoke with Eric and we could find an appointment. The parts are acquired and the doorway we worked on is old, he assured me he'd stock in their opinion.

Ken completed the job within an hour and came out right off on a Friday nihhy. He was educated and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in to get two additional keys made for my Buddy 125 (scooter).
Entire process took ~5 minutes. Service has been bomb. Even got a helpful reminder to examine the secrets until I left.

A complex and distinctive European lockset was fixed by them in the 1970's!!! Since my only other choice would to have been to replace the doorway I was thrilled.

He asked how he could help me and that I told him I wanted a duplicated. He took my key walked to the trunk, made the backup and handed me both keys. Complete procedure took less than 1 minute and it came out to only a few dollars.
They close at and I hurried around to Broadway Locksmith after work to try to get an extra key made before they shut. I started walking up the steps and there was a guy at the entrance becoming happy hour started sipping on a whiskey.

One ended up waiting til they opened and I known about. The prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is actually quick as well. I wish they were open on weekends but that's okay no one would like to work weekends anyways. As it's easy to get to the place is great. Definitely recommend for services and almost any lock!

Hired to rekey my new home, and they were very accommodating and gave an estimate upfront. Very friendly and professional, so much that my realtor will be referring guys clients to here as well.
I had an appointment so that I could match movers and he revealed even sooner than anticipated, and was very professional about me being in transit.

After waiting an hour for a different locksmith business over to let us into the car of my partner, another firm called back and said it'd be two hours. We known as Broadway Locksmith, and they jumped to the rescue! They were on location inside 10 minutes, and the cost was less than half of what another firm quoted us. A+ Broadway Locksmith!

After really horrible company, from another locksmith who is the"approved" vendor for my condo building, I called Broadway. They were really keen to help me along with my lock out situation--I came back to find my lock mangled and non-functioning after an attempted burglary.
I will be pushing for our construction to switch out of the"other" useless locksmith to Broadway.
Their rep rushed over and worked for a while to put us back and then to repair the damage and replace collar and the assembly.
