Buffalo Lock & Key

Came in close closing time to have a key made for my truck's canopy. They moved out of their way to clean and lubricate the locks and extract a broken key for no extra charge. Cost was reasonable and they threw in an extra key. Definitely recommend these people.

This is your shop that is key that is normal. I had a key cut and came here. The service was friendly and fast. They've a broad assortment of different keys that can accommodate anyone. They provide service.

I have used Buffalo Lock and Key for decades. Back before the internet in the dark days, this is the location to order door locks not available and they would come install them. They do and it's still the original owner. The counter staff is always friendly and helpful.
More frequently in the past than but I stopped in to find some keys replicated now because I was in the shopping center. For on the spot key which makes they are as good as some of those"top" areas around. You will find a few but there is a small wait elsewhere and that is particularly now that the Whole Foods in this center shut.
But Buffalo excels at being a quality locksmith store and providing locksmith services. They even sell"real" safes and I'll take a pic next time. They've re-keyed my house. First when it was bought by me and the store was new, back in the 70s. Then after a big remodel that involved new entrances and once after a break in a long time past. They are awesome. And I really do believe one time that they fixed an entry lock that has been malfunctioning.

Wow--what support that is fabulous. My wife was locked out of her office, also of course, needed to get in asap....the guys responded in a quarter hour, the door was open (literally) 20 seconds later! If it's me who locks the door that is wrong, they are not called by any wonder me again.

I enjoy working with this business. They are so pleasant and go above and beyond to help. I am able to count each time.

I have used Buffalo Lock & Key many instances into rekey locks, create new keys, and set up and replace door hardware on two of my houses.
They are a local, family run business. They are dependable, conscientious, and also the smiths are extremely friendly too. All these people today know their locks also will recommend exactly what you want for your house or business security. They deliver a smith, not a salesperson to come out and look at what's what before making their recommendations. They take a number of door hardware, though most is by particular order as the shop is quite small. A few other locksmiths've tried, but have found Buffalo to be many heads above the others.
One time, not so long ago, the locksmith came to set up a Cardinal Gates Door Guardian (a kind of child security lock) on my 2 year old front door, also for no excess charge, he mended the way my front door shut when the lock was wasn't working correctly, causing the door lock to adhere. It was that the beautiful handle and hardware had not been installed properly. The front door lock has been working great, after it was repaired by him because it should, and the door is closing.

I had a lot of locks replaced along with some re-keyed by Buffalo Lock & Key (I wanted to possess the same key for all doors in the new house, and they were all of different manufacturers). They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Only 4 stars because I think that it was on the pricy side, but I am satisfied and I hire them.

Needed a front doorway re-keyed asap and Buffalo has somebody. The door deadbolt was antiquated that they no longer create the keys readily available so the core was replace and two brand new keys were left - all in about one hour. Happy to get this off my list!

Customer support was incredible. They couldn't fit me but recommended 2 locksmiths as options.

As a client service specialist, I can be critical of how companies operate and communicate with clients. I needed to telephone Buffalo Lock and Key to resolve a job a different locksmith screwed up last 22, today. Not only did they fit me into their program, they fixed the issue (with an extremely intricate lock) within minutes. I had the joy of working with locksmith Shawn who was extremely friendly, useful, and even picked up me from stage A to get to point B( my car). Everyone do not over charge you and here is profession. I stored within minutes and needed my car open asap. Thank you!

I recently found this lock and key store since they are one of those few (if not only) places which have safe deposit key blanks, and that I had to replace a missing one once I closed my box at the bank. Ever since then, I've been back to additionally duplicate my house key. They're super very affordable, fast and for key duplication.

I've been happy with Buffalo Lock & Key every time I've gone (and that's a lot). My most recent adventure was yesterday when I went in to get a new lock for my mailbox. I didn't know if I needed a lock so me billed for you but handed both to me and said to bring back the one I really don't need. I had been so impressed with this level of service and trust in his clients and I told the owner precisely when I fell now the unnecessary lock away. Well done!

These people are everything a business should be. Where my difficulty was a fairly quick repair I have had numerous occasions over the past decade, and they helped me out. They're generous with their time and expertise, and I would recommend them.

I had them set up a deadbolt then all the locks. They did a good job of keeping in touch top up to my appointment, came on time, and also did a clean and thorough job in a fair period of time.

Horrible experience. I have used them. It last two experiences were awful. Had to go at a get my parts they had for months. No call back, no follow up after 2 calls and two visits. Going to attempt lockstar

I adore these guys. I've had other locksmiths make a deal from handling our'lost crucial' situations and desired to charge a great deal of money. Twice, Buffalo has stated,"What is the serial number" and just made a new and affordable crucial for us. They have saved us a lot of cash and that I love the support.

Inconvenient for anyone, but because I showed my car to sell that day, it was especially inopportune.
I told the guy what another locksmith had said and he responded"... Really?"
I'm appreciative that is super in regards to dealing with customers, that some companies adhere to the mantra of honesty. Easy to see why they've been in existence for years. Thanks dudes.
After being told it'd take removing my lock in my doors and hours worth of work and place closer to my own house and visiting another lock, I attempted Buffalo.
3 minutes later the key was outside.
