Very good service and their actions. I have been using this service for quite a few years. They really can not be beaten on price. Got me back into my apartment and left me a spare key immediately. Very friendly and their men. Definitely recommend them to get your lock and key issues!

I would if I could hand out negative stars. This man Cantrell refused to assist me and called me very homophobic slurs. I locked myself out and seeing that he was the closest close me I was distressed. After seeing he has taken a person's keys before I'm glad he was not keen to assist. If you are anyone

Has to know about his unprofessional reaction. Instead of contacting me he submitted a response calling me many times. In addition, he threatened to take me to collections once I have been presented with a bill nor was the work ever completed. Beware folks!

I was shocked, enraged and disgusted when this tech left my house over the weekend. I locked 5 month old infant and a birthday party with my two kids and myself together. On my phones map app, I found this company with nobody to phone for assistance. They responded right away and explained he'd arrive within five minutes. "Thank god!" I thought. Lock when he came I preceded to describe a preceding locksmith managed to open my front door although it seemed to be a style. The man argued my lock was impossible to start and chose to tell me that I was wrong. He began making rude comments like"are you telling me how to my job" and"perhaps we should call the last man who opened it". I was startled with his attitude and demeanor. I (politely) demanded that he at least try to start the front door because I knew it had been completed just months ago. Against his will he tried to start it and the door swung open in under two minutes. Not only should he happen to be ashamed at the point, but he should have apologized for being so arrogant. Thats $200 for 10 minutes of arguing and two minutes of work! Meanwhile my kids are running around, my baby is currently crying and he's giving a lecture on how far Google charges him to advertise and so he charge me considerably to me. The main point is that this man was a complete a$&@"! And he took advantage of me. I was grateful to be in my way and would have paid a wonderful fee for that, but believing that I was about getting the door open easily I would and he did it so quickly a have anticipated something much more fair. Don't hire this man, if you care about integrity. Or at least get a quote and don't bother speaking to him.
