If you're anywhere in the Nashville metro area and need a car remote or key, call the toll free number, give them your location and in days, you'll hear from Meghan .
The Yukon we bought only came with 1 remote and key, so the dealer recommended car keys express. Within only a few days, Meghan asked me to stop by and called saying she'd be in my area. She and I met and in less than 30 minutes, I had a programmed key and remote. Meghan was professional and pleasant even though it was close to 100 degrees out. She showed me the way to use the remote start function! And did I mention the cost? Approximately $90 for both. Usually the distant alone is close to $100.

I give it one star because those of us to Push German cars That They Could help us out at all it was a Simple fix and I could've Only put it in a Routine key fob but I guess That They don't have that option so FYI no Porsche no vw

Key fob for 2008 Toyota Corolla. Programming instructions didn't work. No one available to assist on phone or chat. Don't recommend.

Got my Sons automobile remote repairs we will replace. Fast and good support. For please come whenever you have time because they wish to support everybody but sometimes looks like they only have one person carrying keys. Still had an awesome experience. And reasonably priced

I Am writing this review to Your Car Keys Express serving the San Francisco Bay Region. I bought a used car from a car dealership, and it came with a single key fob. One of the sales guys there directed me to George in Car Keys Express, and I'm so glad that he did. The very first time I showed up, he did not have a secret for the make and model of my car - but he purchased it and kept me up-to-date, and within two weeks, the secret had arrived. I dropped again, and it was programmed by him for me on the place - took maybe about 15 minutes, but I think that it was less. And for a GREAT price, too, particularly considering it had been an original key (not an OEM key). I'd previously approached another firm for a quote, and it came out to over double what I had been charged in Car Keys Express.

The first couple of instances the service and quality of product was great. Then the time coming I had a few keys to make like it wasn't worth his time to come, and I was given an attitude by the service man. Then he told me it wasn't his fault and proceeds to hurt an ignition. Secret before that he left a replacement the old or new secret worked, worked, had to buy a new ignition. I was alright with fixing it, accidents happen. So I proposed that I would call as needed. I call 5 weeks leave several messages known as Customer Service line, talked to CS and they said they would reach out to the rep in the region. Still no call back so I email the office to get an email in the office pretty much stating that my company wasn't worth the reps time.
Service and the product they offer is great, but the business should understand that every customer small or big is a client. I sell over 300 cars per year, you put a price or value on repeat business or the referrals that might have been if the business and the rep cared as much as the bottom line.

I am writing this positive review for Car Keys Express place in Colorado serving the Denver Metro region. Thank Theo and you Todd for going above and beyond for me my extra key. I appreciate decent customer service.
