Cook's Locksmith Services

I am quite happy with everything and could use Cook's in the future for my lock needs.
Once that arrived in, I set up a time with them to come to my house (again, all through Yelp! Yay!) . My mom was the one who met them . She explained they had been super friendly and quite helpful. Comments was given by them and helped make sure I got precisely what I needed. I also asked my mom what she would give them on Yelp, and she said five stars.
After buying a new house I was ready to get locks changed/fixed. I reached out to Cook and obtained responses. There was a very specific lock and they confirmed they can install that.

Cook's did a really good job replacing a terrible part and making a fresh key for the kid's car. I'd recommend them strongly.

I predicted their after hours number (it's a Saturday), once the voice picked up, I hung up the phone. Someone told me with a support to call, and I am glad I hung up on the voice message. Following hour number being aggressive saying they appreciated I was, 10 minutes after I receive a text message from the Cooks. Completely unprofessional. I was not disrespectful at allI called and chose not to leave a message. I called is on the road, and it sending rude texts . I wouldn't ever use or recommend services. Very immature and unprofessional.

Cooks locksmith is outstanding! The service in the cooks team is wonderful to use. A secret was really made by them for light porch. Thank you Chuck Mitchell you are the locksmith on Earth. Any of your locksmith needs you've got to go to cooks they are the best in town!

I will for all these men although I don't do reviews! By the time I got downstairs and that he already had the car unlocked for me although locked my keys in my car trying to find home for the evening and not only did the technician reach my condo in less than 20 minutes! He was a joy to speak to the time as well! I understand this won't be my time locking myself out of my vehicle or differently, but WITHOUT A DOUBT I will know who to call next time it happens!

Went in for 2 keys I purchased for my vehicle on cut. Them cut on , and programmed them to operate the door locks for me. They did state upfront some charges as a disclaimer which they could bill me for, if they started to have problems programming the keys. I was upset by it a bit as I thought they were a little intense in price if they were charged by them to me, I likely wouldn't have used them. And they said upfront that they'd no obligations in case the keys didn't work, since they weren't purchased from them. I know their position, but didn't need it rubbed in my head that hard, straight off the bat! . . .but in the long run, they didn't have to charge the fees, and I have 2 working keys that are new. Very happy with how it ended up, and it was quickly to get in and out.

Quickly took car of my son car cut and door lock two keys to coincide. Left the vehicle for an hour or two. Very delighted with the fast turnaround time. Very polite and explained the job.

This has to be the top locksmiths in Louisville but I feel comfortable saying they would be the best in Kentucky. My dad in-law had locked his keys in his trunk on Christmas Eve and they had been there in under 30 minutes to help him. I have used them several times over the past 35 yrs and they encounter. A reasonable and honest firm well worthy of the 5 beginning inspection.

I visited with the Jeffersonville shop for the second and first time and was very satisfied with the prices and service. First I got a spare key for my daughters 2000 Toyota Solara to get a little more than $3 I got 2 per cent, a couple different home keys created for less than a couple bucks each and came back. The shop craftsman was professional and friendly. I intend on going back to have various other keys duplicated too. Fantastic location, quality and service.

The doorway for my Toyota Tundra stopped working. I had been referred to Cooks in Jeffersonville, IN, after trying a couple shops in the town. They advised me to stop by and they'd program it for me. I did stop in, no appointment. Chuck managed to program the remote in just a couple of minutes. On top of that, the cost the billed me was surprisingly low!!! They will definitely get our company from here on out.

These guys are awesome! We worked on issues and have experienced them out to the house, and moved. Is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with! Dropping off my car after devoting over $100 labor to disable my car door panel, and they called to inform me they determined it wasn't"really needed", given a fix and total bill was $39 for a new precision crucial ( mine had worn down). Highly recommend for anything lock related!

Cook's Locksmith is the best in town! They are prompt, courteous, effective, in addition to reasonable. There is no one else I would call compared to Cook's for lock support.

Simply place I trust with my lock and key demands. Trustworthy, adapting, friendly and fast! They have saved me by a few cases of locking my keys. They also set up a key pad. Customer support that is amazing! There is always someone and there's those who do it correctly! Cook's does everything !

We called Cook's to have a peek also had some issues with our locks. They immediately recognized the problem, explained the choices replaced the locks did it to get a price. Their customer support was outstanding. If you are in need of a locksmith I would recommend this business.

The staff was incredibly rude to me. Additionally, I was quoted a price and they moved well without telling me. I would not suggest them to anybody.

This area is the very best! They do a great job, & you.

They charged me to get 45 minutes of effort $80. They did fix the issue, however when I asked them to describe exactly what was wrong, it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to explain what was wrong. When they eventually did, they would not explain it that a person without mechanical comprehension may possibly understand. I won't return.
