I recently purchased a house and my to-do list is daunting to say the least. Among the most easy jobs at hand was rekeying the locks to make sure we're safe! I phoned Caraballo Locksmith and talked to Jorge. It was simple to arrange an appointment for the next morning at the time that I wanted.
For 2 copies of these keys and 2 standard locks, it cost me $85. The morning of the appointment was there EARLY and phoned me to let me know he had been on his way.
It took approximately 15 minutes and he was gone. Really grateful that was an effective and easy procedure.

This team is great! I have been looking for my mailbox key. I gave up the hunt and also called them. They were here in 10 minutes and solved my issue. The price was quite reasonable as well. Disappointing end for my own experience! My wife and I bought two filing cabinets from a friend, however, he needed the keys into the locks. I met Omar, with the owner and visited their shop. He seemed nice and useful... explained to me that he could only make the keys to get one of them in the office and that there was a 95% likelihood that they'd work. He did and I was to follow up to schedule an on-site trip at a later date to produce keys for the other cupboard. I paid for all those keys upon reception. He told me that the on-site visit to produce the keys will be 50. As soon as I tried the recently made keys on the one filing cabinet, they didn't work. I called Omar immediately and he was apologetic stating that he would"make it right" when he left keys for the other. Life got in the way so it took me a month to call him back, and precedent was taken by other priorities. I was remembered by him and one of his employees, Raul - was quite receptive - and he came a few hours later. The filing cabinet was examined by him and spent 3-4 minutes trying to help me with a few of those drawers which was stuck. He was not briefed about the keys not working on the other cabinet, and so I explained to him what happened... he took both left and locks for about 10 minutes. He returned with a pair of keys. All seemed perfect... until the invoice! Originally, Raul composed $130 after I whined he called Omar and about the reception. He scraped out the $130 and put $100. I was puzzled and beginning to become frustrated... At this pointI talked with Omar and he clarified that he was on the street and that he could not check his records about me paying for the other keys. I thought it was settled and he passed the phone back. Raul said to me that he needed the keys... (earlier I'd asked him what to do with all the first keys Omar made and he advised me to throw them in the garbage)... I misunderstood his request and I put together a yellow rubber glove and dug the old keys out of the current children cereal glob that they settled into and washed them. I put them and handed them. I presumed he desired them as evidence that the work was done because they seemed the same as the ones he simply cut. My patience has worn out and also their good will that has been earned tired. He explained to me that Omar said that I would pay $50 for the second filing cabinet and that he wished to"deal with me" in the shop at a later date. Well, I reached my point and with just a little aggression within my voice told him clearly that he was not taking some of the functioning keys back. He only choices were to leave and I'll sort out this with Omar at a later date or $50 that was the arranged can be accepted by him and agreed to account for services rendered. He called Omar after talking and again again in Spanish or so passed me personally the phone. Omar was back-peddling and he asked me to cover Raul $50 to which I responded,"of course". Raul was clearly angry when I signed the work order and handed him the money. In the long run, the solutions were performed in the agreed to price... however there were a few bumps in the road and I won't ever do business with them again.

As I did not need to drive out of my way, this was really convenient and it did not affect my job schedule. The tech was kind, informative and professional. The procedure lasted less than 20 minutes and I have a brand new key. Would reccomend their services like this is tough to locate in Miami!
