Champion Plumbing

We had a fairly bad leak underneath our kitchen sink and known as Champion on Wednesday (before 4th ofJuly). They had been great and sent someone out that evening. It was we needed a new faucet in addition. We purchased a brand new faucet and completed the job and Champion came. What's working good and they were a joy to deal with. Scott came out on Wednesday and the other gentleman now. We would highly recommend and are extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism and use them again if we will need to.

If it had been possible, I might give champion plumbing 0 celebrities due to his or her driving. I drove in the chic fil a lineup, and it was horrible. If you believed it was hopeless to drive bad in a driveway through, champion plumbing made it possible.

I had a horrible experience with this firm. They sent me a plumber that showed up on Saturday to alter the piping for a sink. Plumber was there for no longer than 20 minutes and was already outside with a cigarette. He comes back in and says he needs even though he arrived the day before to see what work had to be accomplished. Rather than getting the part and returning after being there for 30 minutes said he would come back on Monday and left.
Paul, came to help complete the job. He said I had been complicated because I wanted the sink installed properly and to line up with the fixture. He did not even put in the sink properly. He explained there were no holes fasten it and to mount the sink. I look beneath the sink what do I find, two holes to mount the pedestal sink and after he leaves. Unreal!! I just wanted them to depart after dealing with this company for several days. I will never hire or consult with them.

We had a pipe, with sewer water backing up quite almost overflowing; caught it just in time to avoid floor damage, but it was a thing that is very close.
Champion was willing to come out on a Labor Day vacation to fix this, and nobody else could. They coped with it so we could get to sleep and arrived in 30 minutes ; if you had to manage something like this, you are likely to relate to how much I really appreciate it.

Paul did a superb job putting in a brand new gas line. We had work and inspection done in a week. Paul communicated the timeline though he was usually late he showed up and got the work done.

Two stars were gained by them the day by repairing the GE water heater in which plumbers indicated they do not service 5 yr older GE models.
Fixed, so happy customer besides some flaws.
They made an error arrived decided defect to water heater, ordered could get set up same day it arrived and in signify they are fully booked. Below average experience up to now. . Maybe tomorrow throughout the service call is they in a position to acquire additional stars?

I am the property manager of the property, so we will go into the tenant's unit far past normal business hours and lead to a significant inconvenience just so he can perform, and who knows how long this will take.
I don't have any idea if these testimonials are authentic, but I can attest that my experience is the opposite! Unprofessional technicians!!
Paul is quite unprofessional, he claims"Tracey" is responsible for not transferring the work order to him late, but I believe someone else was responsible because he mumbled when I asked who was responsible and then clearly blurted"Oh, Tracey!" I won't be using them for almost any properties !! is being overlooked by me
5pm is passed by it and I get a telephone call at 6:14pm that he, the tech , just obtained our work order over the hour. In any event, no communication was sent over that there was a delay.
Then he proceeds to state"I'm next on his record and will likely be on the property at 8:30pm. I will be in the property over the half hour and get a phone at 8:30 pm stating he is on his way. This means he will arrive 9/9:30pm.

I'm not going to provide too many identifying facts about my experience since it was only shady. We discovered the company on Yelp, but I'm not sure of the validity of the reviews because our experience was really dreadful. Ok. . .but then I heard nothing from him for more than two weeks after THAT, once he finally arrived which makes him a total of 3 hours late.
I will never be using them again and wouldn't recommend to anybody who values their time or sanity.
The final result of the evening was that I needed to wait till 9:45PM to find out that the job could not be done and that the attempts my boyfriend and I had made to independently coordinate the moving parts of our water heater repair were all for nothing. There were promises of coming back the next day to complete the job, but the following day went much the same and that I needed to make the decision to cut our losses and begin with a firm. This day (using the new firm ) I had a brand new water heater installed in two hours and has been left with only a lousy memory of Champion Plumbing.

Had a great experience with Tim and his team when we transferred our master bathroom. They finished on schedule and were on time, on budget. They did good work communicated well and were flexible and things are working good. Can hire them again for future function.

Position at our home on a Friday night in Milpitas. Consulting Yelp, I called two plumbers in Milpitas (maybe not Champion because they are recorded in San Jose). I guessed I would not get back a call to a Friday night and I was right. But, early Saturday I got a call from one of the guys I'd left a message for who was nice enough to tell me he was not available (out of town) but recommended Champion Plumbing because they have a man in Milpitas.
Short story: she contacted their man in Milpitas (Daniel) and called me back to tell me that Daniel could be at the property inside one hour. He cleared the roots that caused the issue , fast snaked the sewer line and was there in less than 30 minutes. Even though was from what Daniel charged different, it was sensible and we were pleased with Daniel's work.

To start with, I loved these men came over night to allegedly clear the drain to my back flow issue. They did the job and hurried out if the clog in the drain has been clear without testing. . .and then charged me their onsite speed' in hundreds. When the issue came back 48 hours in the weekend, then a number of the callers said"if you want to come in again, I will need to bill you which"emergency onsite speed' again. Finally the person whom did the job on Thursday called and said"I don't work today and will call you on Monday to schedule a time to come." Here. . .water back flow and that I needed to wait till day? I opted to call someone on Sunday and he fixed the issue singlehandedly. Subsequently Champion called on Monday, and that I had to tell them the job was not completed and that I had to use someone else to fix their problem. Later, this plumber whined that I wasted his time and text me. What type of service is this??!!!

I'm happy with their service. Called me back quickly, came over the day, charged reasonable. The serviceman Todd had mindset that is good, did a good job.

Superior plumbers. I've used them twice. Great work and a fair cost.

I had a leak in my own shower from a remodel I'd done years prior. It was fixed quickly and the price was fair.
Price, the plumbing and time that they took was fine, I did not like that the caulking job that they did to the plumbing going into the house though.
The men were on time, mindful, neat and pleasant.
This timeI phoned them to get a re-pipe, I had galvanized pipes the project has been done and the price again was honest.

Man came out to provide a quote of a leak. He moved under the house and did not see anything wet. Something did not charge us. We provided him something but he would not take anything Thank you. At this point you have a client!

These guys are the real deal. They go out of the way know their stuff inside and outside and work with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Felipe, and daniel, Paulie, Sean, Hugo all went above and beyond, working extra hours to finish their work. They did an exceptional job on sewer cleanout setup that is fresh and a sewer line replacement project. They have the gear, abilities and commitment to get the job done right, at a fair price. My highest recommendation goes to Champion Plumbing!

I had a lot of trouble with Champion Plumbing at Campbell, especially Daniel coming into my house and fixing something he was not even called out for charging me $150. I called him and left messages for him and he never called me back(this went on for months!) I decided I needed to cut my losses and find somebody else. Jeff from American HVAC and Plumbing called me back the exact same day and said he'd assess the problem and went outside there himself(he is the owner, mind you) and by Wednesday, the problem was repaired. He fixed the problem and did a consultation and charged me less than Champion Plumbing tried to bill me. They wouldn't even refund or charge me my . Charge for service, VERY POOR customer service do fix the problem and calls! VERY poor business practice. NEVER use them! Be forewarned!

Daniel showed up within the time window. He took some time. He explained that it was fixable and gave me an estimate on the fix. My first idea was to replace the whole fixture. I went to Home Depot the day and purchased a brand new one. Daniel explained that installing a brand new fixture would involve knocking a hole in the wall. So I agreed to correct the setup that was exiting my parents had a bathroom that day. He came back together with parts that matched the knob and went to the shop. The project took an hour from begin to finish. The faucet has been up and operating with little disruption.
Sometimes the simplest solution is the very best. I loved the professional and honest way I was treated to the finish of the project from the first telephone call.
The knob broke on the parents bathtub. I called Champion Plumbing on a Friday evening. A wonderful woman answered the telephone. She coordinated a consultation with one of their plumbers. I had been given a time and also the name of the plumber assigned to this job.

A water heater move out. Contacted many plumbers. Two were too busy to spend the job, and both advocated Champion. They fixed the water heater the day. They fixed and also found several items which were installed incorrectly. Great plumber.

Had a toilet for a week. Sister rexcommended the plumber who came this morning to assist us and winner was Daniel. Lemme state first off super ppl working at this establishment.if you need professionals and work, this provider is that u need! I let Daniel know I was germiphobe and he had been very accommodating! He left no clutter in the bathroom. I appreciate it given the current situation! Daniel thanks so much for everything! For u and Daniel will not be sorry Should you require help with pipes ask!
