I hired Charlotte Mechanical to install a whole home water filter in my townhome. Calvin arrived and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The water filter was set up in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. I called two other plumbers and Charlotte Mechanical was inside the variety.
I utilized Charlotte Mechanical to fixed and ended up paying $1,000 to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend this business to anybody, not only did they ripped me off they didn't fix the issue. 1 month later, my AC is broken and not cooling down. I've called them to complain and get a person to have a peek but guess what? ... I would have to pay again for them to simply go have a peek at it! I am obviously not giving them any money. I tried going for their offices and once I got there opened the door there were people inside. I'd give to them if I could give this business a ZERO. They simply care about taking your money, rather than taking good care of their clients... UNBELIEVABLE! Once I phoned yesteryear if they are not contacted me, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
The ceremony repairman, Adam, came out to my home yesterday late afternoon after I phoned them for service in my gas hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem. In under an hourhe tested it replaced the component and even found a gas flow in the pipe and then fixed that as well. He was friendly and considerate and I'll definitely suggest Charlotte Mechanical for my friends if they are ever in need of a repairman. Thanks for a job well done and giving hot water to me!
