24/7. Chad was really friendly and educated the time he was here. He was in describing everything patient and did not mind letting me watch what he was doing. Cesar was great with the 1000 questions of my kid and with the pipes. He did a fantastic job and was replaced our hot water heater immediately, at the price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte Plumbing to some of my buddies. As usual, Guitar provided service - recommendations, quick diagnostics and pricing. K.C.. This company went above and beyond. I wasn't a true crisis other than the fact that my mother can not do stairs and it was her pipes that had the issue. Guitar did not even arrive till after 6pm because he had so my mother could use her pipes but he arrived with a smile on his face and remained till 7:30.

Charlotte Plumbing has done a great job for us with a repair to a gasoline line on a replacement of our hot water heater a few months ago and today. Damien is very professional, and we've trusted all the job being done in our home. In addition they are very comprehensive and individual answering all my questions. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. I would recommend them.

Highly recommend! Quality service and the best price in town. I started cost quoting different businesses and having them come look at the situation to evaluate 27, Following our hot water heater went out. My hot water heater being in the loft of a two story house, I started becoming additional $ quoted for this that and the other as needed or upward to worst case situation. Charlotte Plumbing did not. Without gouging me, staff was quite upfront about potential and pricing needs. The job ended up costing an entire $1000+ less than what I had been quoted by a number of those"Top Men" at Charlotte!!!!!! The quality of customer service given from Damien, Christina, James and Justin are the industry standard. Great job guys, and thank you!

Charlotte Plumbing fix my issue within 1 day. They see if something match something else, did not have to call and did not waste time. They came into my house (on time) yanked out the thing which was broken and brought back a brand new unbroken item and installed stated thing.The job was done quick and the plumber was considerate, taking off his shoes before entering without being asked! Charlotte plumbing operates to detail, so these people are the real deal!
We used this company a few times, the most recent being to flush a lineup and reset a toilet. Each time that our plumber (Guitar) was courteous, possessed exceptional communication skills and most important - did a thorough and professional job. Highly recommended!
