Not suggested. I was locked out of my home and I phoned this company. It took the company approximately 45 minutes to call me back to give me price (at the time I was already at the hardware shop buying tools). I tell him at the point I was trying to open up the door myself. I inquired if I could reach him later and the rude response I received was"if you are going to attempt to open the doorway, then don't call me back. . .you either need you or me don't". I decided not to hire this company because of the bad customer service. Not impressed in any way.
